Excellent! Prompt great job! Had a small emergency, Lachlan responded quickly and had it fixed in under an hour . Experienced tradesperson- would recommend for any size job - thank you !

Prompt service. I phoned to book the appointment and had Lachlan here the following day. We had a water leak from our shower and Lachlan investigated until he found the issue! (Previous plumber couldnt find where it was coming from) Report was sent to us very quickly that same day. Very happy with the service and price. We will definitely recommend to our family and friends!!

Best plumber in Mackay ! Look no further. I am so pleased I found Lachlan and his team. The service was so professional, friendly, fair and on time. Lachlan explained everything and gave me a range of options and costing to select from. Lachlan has a wonderful App and you can track when he will arrive which is a fabulous innovation for business. I found the service honest and honestly the best !

We recently used Tropical CoastPlumbing’s services and I can’t fault them. Lachlan is a top bloke and really knows what’s he doing. Great work and great price.

Responded quickly when we had an emergency when others wouldn’t. Recipient of a fully professional service. Well done Lachlan. Got your name in my phone now for a plumber. Will recommend.

Prompt friendly service arrived on time great work very happy with price. Will use again and recommend

Lachlan at tropical coast plumbing was very helpful when I called about a substantial leak at my house. He arrived on time and got the job done really quickly. He was polite and helpful. I would definitely give him a call again i need to.

We were receiving water leak notifications with the leak increasing to 15 litres per hour. We also had a severe case of water hammer. Lachlan and the team found the water leaks - there was one obvious one and the other not so obvious, but they didn’t just settle for the easy fix. Lachlan took the time to work out the source of the water hammer issues and that is now resolved too. Couldn’t speak highly enough of the service, workmanship and prompt attention.

Highly recommend.
Sent through a photo of a burst water pipe, received a prompt and accurate quote. Serviced promptly the same day.
Good customer service.

Excellent plumber prompt service can't recommend them enough best experience I've had with a tradie.

Lachlan was awesome, very down to earth and genuine. The job was done in great time and left the worksite clean. I would recommend him and his company to anyone needing reliable friendly service.

Very prompt service. Careful and thorough work. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend Tropical Coast Plumbing. Very professional, can do it all and very dependable. Give them a call, we certainly will next time we need them.

We couldn’t be happier with Lachlan and his team. Realising we had a badly blocked sewer was very overwhelming for my wife and I. Thankfully Lachlan’s calm, professional approach assured us that we were in safe hands. We would gladly recommend Tropical Coast Plumbing anytime.
