Great service Josh. Sorry about your pinched hand, hope it heals quickly 🌟

Thank you Tropical Coast Plumbing for you prompt attention to our plumbing woes.. we telephoned in the morning and Jordan arrived around 2pm same day. Jordan was very pleasant to deal with and explained the problem in detail. We are very happy & satisfied with your service - not only on this occasion but dealing with a previous problem as well - Thank you Lachlan, Dan and Jordan

Pleasant experience from the first phone call. The booking process was professional and the phone operator personable and friendly. The plumbers arrived on time and got the job done efficiently. Will use them again when required in the future.

Work carried out by josh was excellent.

Fantastic service. Spent a whole Sunday afternoon sorting out our sewerage drama in very unpleasant hot conditions. Prompt, efficient and with a happy, chatty demeanour. Definitely our “go to” plumber in the future. 👍

Highly recommend, will definitely use again in the future!

This business is amazing! No one likes waking up on a Sunday morning to find no hot water. As would many I immediately felt this is going to cost a fortune but a necessity. Within a few minutes of describing the fault to Lachlan over the phone he advised it is a simple issue and something I could fix myself. He took the time for me to send a photo and sent one back with instructions on what to adjust.

Above that he refused to take payment for something so simple. Many plumbers would have come out charged the callout fee and labour without me being any wiser. This business is honest, knew their stuff and brought back my faith in great customer service Thankyou so much Tropical Coast Plumbing!

Gareth and Cody were professional and prompt with their workmanship! They were a breath of fresh air and would welcome them into our home again.
Keep the good work up guys!

I'm currently living in a rental property, and had Gareth come in to fix a busted pipe in the shower, he was quick, very friendly and cleaned up when he was finished. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Cody & Gareth have completed the job judicially and professionally.
Thank you all.
Barry & Janet.

We live in a rental, very friendly Gareth and Cody had the job done well and cleaned up after themselves, very happy with the service. Robyn and Glenn O'Regan
