I was very excited to do this and finally gain some control over my debt. I felt the encouragement at the beginning was great but then I never heard from anyone again. They asked me to send my card balances to them in 6 months and I did. I guess I expected more communication and encouragement. But it is a good company and I have made progress, but it's still hard every month to make my Trinity payment. I look forward to a time it's not a struggle. They told me in four years. So I'm counting down the years! I want to stick with it. It's a good program

They have worked with me and my creditors to get my interest rates in hand and now payments are more manageable. I do highly recommend them if you want to be responsible and pay your debts off but do it in a less stressful way!
