Our NFCC-certified credit counselors provide personalized, one-on-one guidance to help clients understand their financial situation and take control of their future. We offer a range of solutions tailored to each individual’s needs, including traditional Debt Management Plans (DMPs), debt settlement options for those who may benefit, and our exclusive DualTrack Repayment Plan, which combines structured repayment with strategic settlement when appropriate. For clients who are unable to repay all debts at once, we also offer our Priority Pay Plan, designed to help manage limited resources while addressing the most urgent financial obligations. Our approach focuses not only on resolving debt, but also on long-term financial health through budgeting, education, and behavior-based strategies. As a nonprofit credit counseling agency, our mission is to provide honest, practical solutions that work in the real world. We work directly with creditors to help reduce interest rates and fees when possible, while supporting our clients every step of the way. At Family Credit Management, our goal is simple: help people reduce stress, regain control, and build a more stable financial future.
