The customer service was great. When I ordered my rings I had someone reach out to me instantly. They were asked me questions regarding the rings that I purchased. They wanted to make sure that what I ordered would fit well with what I wanted to stack them with. The company sent out a sample to try the size and also sent some stones for me to look at. They were constantly checking in to make sure I received the shipments and asked for approvals of everything. I absolutely love the rings that I received. They look great with my wedding set. Pictures do not do them justice. They have a beautiful sparkle to them and they were just what I was looking for.

Rupa helped me throughout my purchase. She was so fast in getting back to me regarding any questions and thoughtfully gave me options. Great customer service! I would definitely buy from TriJewels again!

I’m not a jewlery person so I had a lot of questions. This company had quick responses to my emails and tried to help me as much as possible. They sent a ring sizer so I could be more sure about the size I should order and informed me that I would be able to see the colors of the gems as the ring is made.

With perfection Vjay created my diamond ring exactly as my husband had intended it to be from his drawings.
We had a setting from the prior jeweler and were never really happy with it.
Vjay is an artist and my ring is a work of art. His prices were much less than I had expected and from drawings, to wax molding approval in less then two weeks. Our other jeweler took a month and charged us a lot more. I've also bought emerald and sapphire and diamond eternity rings from Vjay. They are perfect and cost less then the same item from other jewelers.
Vjay is incredible! I'll never need to find a jeweler again!

Vijay and his crew are AWSOME!! I am blessed to have stumbled unto TriJewels website after searching many other websites for engagement rings. The selection on hand is plentiful and beautiful but I wanted specific stones and design and I was able to put it all together through their website and of course, Vijay was very helpful in designing a beautiful band set to go along with the engagement ring. I was able to surprise my wife by taking her to New York and to TriJewels to pick up her ring. I found TriJewels doing a research while shopping for ruby earrings and doing comparisons. Being an experienced shopper, I am always very skeptical of jewelry vendors and unfortunately learned the hard way by purchasing glorified glass advertised as “gemstones” (topaz, sapphire, ruby etc). I am also keenly aware that it is plain stupid to believe that they are selling truly natural rubies for $50, $200 or even $1,000. At best, you can get high quality synthetic lab-created products. That said, I developed good working trust-based relationship with Vijay who was firm and straightforward on pricing which turned out to be quite fair. The shock came when I received the final product which was drop-dead gorgeous. This being my first experience, I am planning for a few more purchases - naturally fitting my budget! The company as I was advised has local staff in New York, which is quite remarkable.

This was the third time that I worked with Vijay and this was such a wonderful experience. Vijay and his company are on track with design to finish and shipping quickly. I sent him a pic of a ring I wanted and he had it casted and made within a week and I got it today and I am overjoyed with the quality and look of the ring. I highly recommend this jewelry company and will return again for another wonderful piece of art! Thank you Vijay for the excellence once again.
