They were super responsive and sold me the perfect band and I needed help to get the accent topaz stones to match. They actually sold me the stones to set in my engagement ring from Jared when Jared’s vendor didn’t offer the color I wanted. They were very affordable as well. Beautiful necklace but the chain it came on is way too thin I feel like I’m gonna break it just looking at it, and the way the pendant is on there would require a jeweler to be able to change it to a thicker one.

I had been looking for a specific ring for a few years. When I saw the ad for TriJewels I checked and saw they could make the ring I wanted. I just received it and I am very happy with the results. They did an excellent job and in a timely manner. I felt the price was very fair.

When I had found a missing diamond in my diamond band I hesitated contacting TriJewels. I wear my rings while doing just about everything!

Upon contacting Rupa, she responded that they would honor their warranty and replace the diamond. She explained that because of the setting I perhaps could remove my rings at times...I decided to change the setting altogether and they credited me the difference and I now have another gorgeous TriJewels' eternity ring.
