I've been using TC products for years now and It has always been really good to me. Everytime my order misplaced or robbed, they always got my back.

I bought the hair styling powder. Awful stuff; it may as well be driveway swept dirt. It's chalky dust, gummy and it does not style, and make freshly washed hair a total dirty mess. Not only that, it is matte! Why would you want your clean hair to look matte and feel like you just rolled around in a kids sand box. Disgusting!!!

I had an issue with the shipment the bottle cracked. I emailed a picture of the mess to the company and boom they had a replacement bottle sent no questions asked! As far as the product goes - the sea salt spray - love it!

I was hesitant to buy this but I was in desperate need of something to keep my hair looking great and not flat all day. I accidently bought two before using one and was greatly helped to cancel one of them, get my money back, and still get one shipped to me. This is the greatest styling product for my hair I have ever used. I have already recommended it to over 10 people and it is absolutely amazing!

NOT HAPPY AT ALL!

Either this company is simply unable to handle the volume after their giant marketing campaign, or they are just entirely negligent and have no consideration towards those purchasing products from their company! I’m thinking both.

I purchased the all in one hair styling bundle which costs about $100. I received the spray, the paste, the clay, and 2 combs. Which means I am missing 6 hair styling powders, up until this very moment without any resolve in sight.

I specifically reached out to them as I understand mistakes happen, for them to respond to me and ship out another comb? Gee, thanks Tribal Chimp… a 3rd comb, just what I needed. I simply just want the product that I paid for. Not so sure where there could have been any miscommunication given I provided pictures of the package info with the weight dimensions specifically (Front and back of packaging) which would allow them to see clearly that the weight processed and shipped would not add up to the equivalent weight if all products had been included, I also provided a picture of the products received so they did not think I was trying to swindle additional product at no cost.

At this point, I could care less if this product gave me super powers, I will never order from these guys again and am going to simply chalk it up as my money being stolen.

Now here I am writing a negative review, which I never do, because I have a really good feeling I’m more than likely one of many that are not only struggling to communicate with this company, but also not receiving the product we pay for. I would suggest ordering products from other companies that have actual open lines of communication available for when these issues occur, and correct the issue rather than repeating the same mistake 3 times in a row.

Unfortunately, this was WAY too much headache for some hair product. Lesson learned.

Customer service helped me to resolve a delayed/lost delivery & resent a new order. They were responsive and efficient.

I purchased a product from TribalChimp and, when entering my delivery details, I accidentally forgot to include my unit number. As a result, the package was sent back. I contacted customer service to explain what happened, and the representative quickly resolved the issue by offering to reship the product after I confirmed my address. It was that easy. The next day, they sent me a tracking number. I’m genuinely impressed—I haven’t experienced this level of service and commitment to finding a solution in a long time. Can’t wait to try the product

Tribal chimp has been so easy to work with & resolved an issue we had that exceeded our expectations! The product is great for our teen boy who loves the “hair flip.” If you’re looking for a good hair product, look no further! Will definitely be a continued consumer!

I placed an order via the TribalChimp website which got held up in LA for three weeks due to the Canadian Postal strike. Customer service was VERY responsive and was sent a replacement order via their Amazon store within a couple of days.

Didn’t receive what I paid for.

I order hair powder for my son. The money was deducted from account, but still no email confirming my purchase nor has the product been shipped.

Okay. Thank you for the update. The email I used was correct so I’m not sure why I didn’t receive anything. I look forward to receiving the product.

I purchased a Black Friday deal where you buy 2 hair styling powders and you get 1 free and you get a free styling comb. My order was only partially filled, I received the 3 styling powders on time. I did not receive the comb, but on my SHOP app it said 1 of 2 packages was delivered. So I waited a few weeks for it to arrive, but it did not. I reached out to customer service and their reply was:
Hi there,

I hope this email finds you well.

I'm writing to confirm that your package has been delivered to the address you provided. The package was handled by USPS

The comb was not delivered.

Update: Apparently writing a bad review produces results. My comb arrived on Christmas Eve. I’ve updated them to 4/5 stars. It shouldn’t take a bad review to get the product you purchased, but kudos to them for finally making it right.

Great customer support team, and an amazing product!

My order was delivered to the wrong address. I emailed the company and they promptly resent a replacement to my correct address.

Nearly two months and still waiting. Longest delivery and plenty of excuses as why slow.
