Taking TWO WEEKS to get an order???
Product good. It’s been 10 days since I ordered and they’re saying it’ll be another 3 before it gets here. And shipping WASN’T free:/ They are located 4 states from me. I literally could have driven there and back in that amount of time. Ridiculous! Use UPS or FedEx, not Pony Express (DHL).

Hi Mark, I’m sorry for the delay you experienced. Peak season can slow carriers down, and DHL sometimes shows limited tracking while the package is in transit. I understand how frustrating that feels.

They absolutely love it! So I decided to tell a lot of my clients that have that same style and they all bought it and are still using it!!! Awesome product! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I had placed an order with Tribal Chimp and inadvertently ordered twice. As there was no way to undo my error thought well I will email the company and explain what I had done and hope for the best. The very next morning I checked my email and there was one from Tribal Chimp that they would refund me for the double order. They were very gracious and most importantly they were professional. Communication would be great.
Placed an order September 13th. Shipping said could be up to 10 business days. September 30th I finally emailed them asking when I could expect the package to ship. Rec'd follow up email that said the products I ordered were out of stock and they would ship as soon as it was in stock. It shipped that day, an hour after I got the email. Finally rec'd my order on Oct 7th. First issue I've ever had with this company.
