Placed an order mid December, have taken money and no further updates received or response to my multiple emails. And no, nothing in spam folder.
Now almost a month later and still no product.

Ordered in early December in hope would receive for Christmas. Nothing arrived and no acknowledgement of emails/chat to find out what's happening with my order. They don't reply - can only conclude it's a scam company.

Placed order on 12th Dec, at the point of sale it was advising 7-10 days for delivery. Almost a month later still no order, hasn't even been shipped as they have run out of stock. Nothing at the time to tell me it was out of stock. Zero communication to tell me this, I have had to chase twice. The first time on 26th Dec they advised stock was back in and my order was moving, chased again today and told items are still out of stock. In the meantime I was still receiving marketing emails to tell me I could get the product by Christmas if I paid for expedited delivery. Will not be using again

Ordered on 04/12/2025 never received the items have sent 3 emails to their support email and had no response. Scam company.

***Having finally made contact, my products have arrived this morning 12/1/26.
Ordered on the 12/12/25 as a Christmas present for my son. The parcel never arrived. I’ve not had any emails to say it’s on its way or a tracking number. Contacted costumer service before Christmas to see if it would arrive in time and I’ve had no reply. Really hoping for some correspondence in the new year!

Very disappointed in this company! Ordered for my children in enough time for it to come for Christmas and still haven’t received it nor have I had a response from customer support and I’ve emailed twice.
Having read the comments on here it seems very similar. I would not recommend this product based on their service being extremely poor.
Still awaiting a response for full refund.

Update #2 1/20/26- my bank determined that I had enough evidence that supported my claims of not receiving the products paid for and resolved the issue in my favor.

Update 1/14/26!! They are liars as well as scammers apparently based on their reply (just look at all the recent 1 star reviews, tells you everything you need to know). I still do not have my full order and have disputed this transaction with my bank BECAUSE you wouldn’t refund me for the items you never shipped and THEN required ME to pay to return the few items you did send after WEEKS of trying to deal with your crappy customer service. You never shipped me the 6 hair powders I actually paid for. So go ahead and claim that you did but I will continue to tell people exactly the type of company they risk dealing with. Do NOT give them your business. You should be ashamed of yourselves, and YES, you are a SCAM!!! PS. I have proof of deceptive practices as tracking numbers that were received from your company were deleted on your site and replaced with new ones. Either your system is messed up OR y'all are frauds.

Avoid them like the plague!!! They will take your money and never ship you the items you purchased. Customer service is a joke. Don’t bother calling and leaving a voicemail, they won’t call you back. As for emails, IF they do reply, don’t expect them to have read your emails, they just do what they want. Ask for a refund for the items you paid for and never received? Well, they will ask you to PAY to return the items before a refund will be issued (did I mention they never sent them???). SCAM company! Save yourself the headache and don’t give them your business.

I placed the order 2wks ago, paid for delivery too and I'm still waiting for it. I e-mailed the customer service and no reply. I even DM them on insta. Wish I read the reviews before wasting my time and money. 🫤

Ordered this on Nov 28th for a gift - emailed Dec 17 bc tracking stopped updating Dec 10th and never updated since. They responded by providing me the tracking number (which obviously I already had and wasn't what I was asking about). I emailed twice more since then - NO RESPONSE at all. I asked for a refund bc the parcel is obviously lost. NO RESPONSE .... terrible customer service!!

Update 12/30 The company told me to refuse the packages as they would only issue a refund if I refused the shipment, I did as they asked and now they want me to cancel my credit card dispute before issuing the refund. The company apologies for arriving so late but yet gave me no information that it was going to be this late and after Christmas until I opened a dispute. Communication with Tribal Chimp is little to none, their apologies was too late and I still feel like they’re trying to take advantage of me as they have the product and my money.

I made an order on 12/2/25, no tracking info or update was given, I reached out by phone, which goes right to a voicemail, social media, both on Facebook and Instagram, through comments on Facebook post, through email on two different email addresses with no response for multiple days as I still didn’t receive my order or any tracking information over two weeks out.
Because I had no response I opened a complaint with my credit card company.. a couple days after I finally received an email response with tracking information saying they created a tracking number. It didn’t get shipped until today 12/22/25 with information also showing it was not gonna arrive until after Christmas which is the whole reason why I bought the product. I reached out to customer service again to see what the next steps were to get a refund and return the item. Their response was to wait until I receive the item and that they apologized as they tried to email me before which it bounced back and they were going to offer me compensation, but I opened a dispute.
I have not been happy with the company communication or ethics so far

Ordered on the 10th of December for Christmas presents and the order still hasn’t been shipped nevermind delivered. No response from their support team despite numerous attempts

I don’t know how well it works yet but it’s a VERy small bottle for the money!

Ordered items, arrived with package open and missing 2 items.
Notified Tribal Chimp who apologised for this and said a replacement item would be sent.
I have had no notification or tracking information when the products would arrive. Its now been over 3 weeks,no information on whereabouts items are... I have sent 2 emails in last week and no one is replied back. They have taken my money and not provided 2 of the products I paid for.
Not very good customer service. I am still waiting a response.

I cannot comment on the product yet as unfortunately had some hiccups receiving it, but what a fantastic customer service. I have contacted them, within a few hours they replied. Super approachable and understanding. They have handled my query super promptly and the problem was resolved within minutes. Very impressed.

I made a purchase, last night & inadvertently thought I was “adding a few more buy one get one,” by a fraction of the price, so I clicked on it! I quickly realized it wasn’t adding ONE more of buy one get one but a whole other buy 3 get 3 (I initially bought a buy 2 get 1; I know, confusing)!I quickly called & left a VM with my order # along with emailing the company noting my error. My biggest worry was getting locked into a subscripiton!!!
By the time I WOKE UP had received email with my noted credit to be given with8n 3 days! I was “over the moon,” with their customer sevice!
I have ordered their products for my oldest grandson the last two years & now realized his two younger brothers would love this in their stocking, as well!,

I ordered an item on 16/11/25. On 5/12/25 I emailed asking where my product is. They claim to have delivered it. I asked for proof and they wouldn’t provide it even when I told them I had not received my item. I had to get a refund through PayPal. The customer service is terrible. Can’t make comment on product because I never received it.

The bottle of powder was very small for the price and it didn’t create the texture I anticipated. Not worth the money and other products I have used work much much better, such Suavecito texture powder.

Great customer service and a great product. highly recommended.
