Low quality products, terrible customer service
Low quality products combined with even lower quality customer service! Don’t waste a second of your time or your money here. We bought a bracelet that was so substandard that the clasp broke less than an hour later. Further, management refused to make things right and instead gave us the run around with excuses and stalling - end result was 80 USD less and a bracelet that is useless.

We’re sorry to hear that you’re disappointed. However, after reviewing your case carefully, we did respond to all of your questions and followed up multiple times. The bracelet was reported as broken after it had already been checked at your home, and no clear reason for the damage was provided.
Even so, and as a gesture of goodwill, we offered you a free replacement, requesting only a contribution for shipping costs, which you chose to refuse. Please note that we are not obligated to offer a refund or replacement unless a valid manufacturing defect is confirmed.
We always aim to be fair and transparent with our customers and regret that this solution was not acceptable to you.

The moroccan style decoration
I can surely say that I have a sweet Moroccan corner in my flat, and I absolutely love it. The colours, the details, the materials… It’s all mixed so well and has that magical ‘’Alladin’’ type atmosphere to it. I like the lamp a lot though, I bought three of them to make the corner brighter. And couldn’t forget about the pouffes, they just look cool on the sofa.
