Amazing customer service from Jack at Trend UK!

The T-square I purchased wasn't quite accurate but Jack arranged a no quibble replacement, which arrived by next day delivery.

I can't speak too highly of Jack, who has helped me out previously by supplying a set of bolts for my router - sent again by 1st class next day delivery.

This level of service is refreshing these days when many firms seem unconcerned after they have received payment.

Incidentally the Trend T14 router and CRT/3 router table have performed beautifully and the T33 dust extractor is perfect for the router and router table combination.

My problem was quickly diagnosed online .Photos provided to show the part in situ and text to inform me how to get at it . Part number was also given which I ordered and it arrived the very next day at standard postage rate .Part fitted and the appliance is now working as before . All round a perfect experience

1/4" collet, a collet spring and a collet nut for a T4 router. Just what I needed and delivered extremely quickly. I can't ask for more!

My father in law has been using Trend tools for some time. He purchased one back in November 2023 to find it stoped working a few months later. They were great and sent a replacement. Some 5 months later the replacement has stoped working. He has reached out several times via email to be ignored. I would look for a more reliable brand.

Update 17 September 2024:

They have now reached out after he contract again today using this email address and not the enquiries one on the website and have organised a replacement updated version. Much better service :-)

I just want to say a huge thank you to Jack Thomson and the Customer Services Team at Trend Tools for the outstanding service they have provided yet again (repeat failure on a T14). I received my replacement T14 Router and it was beyond my expectations that they were kind enough to provide a brand new replacement rather than repair my faulty one. My dealings with Trend have always been positive which is why I purchase these products in the first place. It is a trusted name and a reliable support team. I have purchased numerous Trend items over the years and have no hesitation in recommending them to fellow woodworkers. Many thanks and keep up the good work

bought a T8 router and found that the kit was missing a few accessories, so contacted CS via the web site and the chat bot. Spoke to a chap called Jack, explained the issue and the response was instant. simply send an email to an email address provided by him, along with a copy of the original sales invoice and description of missing accessories. Two days later received the parts in the post. First class customer service and company

in june 2024 i bought a Trend T1 Dual Base trim and Plunge router. when i was using it last week ( august 2024) i noticed the body of the main tool was getting extremely hot.. I called trend who could not have been more helpful. they are picking up the router kit and delivering me a new one
I cant thank Kevin Lewis ( the customer service manager) enough for the friendly yet professional way he has dealt with my problem. I am honestly shocked at the quality of service i have had from trend if i could have given ten stars i would have. im a big believer in the saying its not whether things go wrong that matter its how the issue is dealt with.
