Great service. Very efficient and boots are perfect.

An incredible team that work so closely with their riders/ customers. I have been a loyal Treehouse customer for longer than I can remember and am always thrilled to see your trade stands! It is such a pleasure to be supported by a company that has always been close to heart.

I ordered wrong size item, these guys provided an amazing experience in getting the right size for me, fast delivery, very helpful and polite on the phone too. Thank you guys, keep doing what youre doing.

Really slow delivery, poor customer service. On the positive side, the product seems to be crafted to a high standard.

Really quick delivery and amazing products.

I bought a Christmas present which was the wrong size. On contacting Treehouse they were so helpful and friendly, they have worked out the correct size I need and are posting it out to me. I shall use them for any future items my granddaughter requires.

Excellent service!
Really lovely people and fast delivery

Went out of their way to make sure they had the correct stock in for me

Brilliant !!! Amazing company that is quick and efficient. Definitely will use again

Was looking to update a jockey skull cap to a new one. some of new style hats fit slightly differently to the old ones- Treehouse offered great advise on sizing, were able to quickly get hold of the hat i needed when most other companies couldn't. If you want a great service from people who know what they are talking about- Treehouse are the people to talk too. great experience. Jeremy

Treehouse has the best selection anywhere in the world. I live in the States and looked everywhere for a special Helite vest for my daughter. Treehouse had just what I was looking for, the price was right and the service was outstanding. I will definitely shop with you again. Thank you!!!

Brilliant! Great products and very good prices and service that's second to none. Theresa was fantastic when I ordered a racesafe body protector and it was too small. She went out of her way to get the right size out to me as quickly as possible.

Daughter broke the zip on her body protector on Wednesday evening. Body protector needed for jumping on Saturday. After realising it could not be repaired we needed a new one urgently. Called Treehouse on Thursday Morning, new one was in stock. Ordered on line with express delivery - new body protector received within 24hrs of me having ordered it. Fantastic service, thank you and all of this achieved during lock down, amazing.

Fantastic service when I asked for a quick delivery for my daughters birthday. Thank you 😊

Botanica Cleansing Wash and Anti-Itch Cream have dramatically improved the effects of sweet-itch in two horses on our yard. One had rubbed her mane raw in a few days. A week of treatment with Botanica cleansing wash and herbal cream to begin with cleared up the wounds almost overnight. Cleansing wash and anti-itch cream is now routinely applied and the little mare shows little signs of rubbing at all. Another was badly affected last year but again, following the suggested application routine at the start of 'sweet-itch season' has meant so far he hasn't been bothered at all. These products smell lovely and are a firm fixture in the tackroom. Highly recommended.

Bought a summer sheet recently, which is exceptional quality for the price (under £20 for a 6'3" rug!). Strong cotton, good straps and buckles and a superb fit. Also bought Botanica 5 in 1 spray, which is an essential in our tack box. An excellent multi-purpose spray that deters flies and has really improved our connie's skin and mane/tail during sweetitch season. Super quick delivery from Treehouse, a truly faultless service. Thanks again, team.

Great customer service with speedy delivery & a brilliant selection of quality products to choose from. I will definitely be using Treehouse again in the future.

Exceptionally good customer service when I was buying a crash hat online (something I’ve not done before).... I made a mistake and needed to make an exchange and the replacement hat arrived very quickly and with no fuss.

Treehouse Sporting Colours never fail to impress. I have used them for several years. Service is friendly and efficient and the ordering process is streamlined. Products are top quality. Thank you Treehouse!

Brilliant for everything equestrian especially for children. Friendly people always on the end of the phone and always have what you need. Great place to get kit for pony racing and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.
