Fantastic customer service! We needed some skins urgently for Areas, and Treehouse was so helpful in getting them to us super quickly! Fast replies to emails, expedited delivery, and all tracking was provided instantly. Will definitely order again! 100% recommend:)

Customer Service was amazing very quick and helpful responses to questions.
The product came in perfect condition.

Due to the shipping company having a delay they were more than helpful with support.

Delighted with the service and the dog coat that i ordered from amazon and e bay.

Many thanks to both of you for the service you provide.

I ordered a browband which was beautifully made in the colours of my choice. Unfortunately it was too small so I had to return it for an exchange to a larger size. I have now received my larger browband which looks amazing. So pleased with the quality of the product and the service from Treehouse

I bought an item for my granddaughter which we had a problem with. I contacted the Company and the customer service I received was wonderful.
Sorted straight away and I would like to say a big thank you to Theresa!

I bought a coat for a Christmas present from London International Horse Show, there was a faulty zip and I thought it was going to be hard work getting replaced given there is no local shop to me. I contacted Treehouse, and the service and returns / replacement process was speedy and the Christmas gift is ready for its first outing! Thanks for your help.

They were very knowledgeable and demonstrated how to replace the gas cylinder on the air vest. When I returned home I found the saddle strap was missing, I phoned up and it was sent immediately and I received it the next day. Will definitely use them again.

Fabulous product, well made and a great service. This company will be on my go to list and will highly recommend to friends.

First Class Customer Service.
I ordered an item through Amazon to be supplied by Treehouse. Treehouse phoned me the next day to apologise that they did not have that size in stock and refunded my payment immediately. A couple of days later they phoned again to say they had located the item in the required size and would I like to re-order it. They also bypassed Amazon and took payment directly with the parcel despatched almost immediately and arrived the following day. I have to say I am extremely impressed with their service and attention to an new customer. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Trusted to give me the best advice for riding hats & body protectors huge range of the most up to date safety wear and you can also find fun gifts, buying on the website or at a show I know their customer service is second to none prefer family run business to support

I have just received a Gallop neck cover from Treehouse. I haven't tried it on the horse yet but I'm pleased with it so far. The goods were dispatched promptly, Treehouse provided delivery information and the goods were well packaged and arrived in good condition. I haven't ordered from them before but I'm pleased with this service

After receiving amazing service from Charlie when we were at HOYS buying our daughter her body protector and new hat ready for racing college we definitely wanted to shop with you again. Online this time as we are sadly a bit too far to visit but a helpful phone call regarding boot sizes and a swift delivery of our order proved a second great experience. Thanks for all of your help. I am sure we will be back when she needs more new kit! ❤

I ordered a Riding hat but muddled up the finish I wanted on my order. I realised upon delivery and contacted Treehouse to ask if they could help sort out my mistake. Treehouse's phone answered on the 2nd ring and they couldn't have been more helpful, going out of they're way to sort my mistake.
A UK company, with exemplary customer service, I would highly recommend.

Found some track breeches for cheaper than other places, ordered them friday evening and paid nearly £10 for them to be delivered by royal mail on monday, nothing turned up and the tracking number supplied was incorrect, £9.52 is extortionate for 2 day delivery and then for it not to arrive in time.
Normally treehouse are good and have had many good experiences in the past but really let down

I ordered the GBR shady baseball cap by toggi and it is amazing it gives you such a smart look and so comfortable.

Easy to make, fun and tasty gingerbread house

Brilliant company to deal with......I ordered a Charles Owen halo riding hat for my daughter, but Charles Owen suffered delays in getting parts...in turn this delayed my order but Treehouse kept me fully informed and when I was unsure as to what size lining my daughter would need they sent me one size which came with the hat and the next size up FOC complete with returns paid paperwork, hat arrived very quickly when they came back in stock and well packaged, thank you for your trust and thank you for your wonderful service.....I will be highly recommending you to my equestrian friends.

Great service from Tree House. The only company that offered to do my racesafe custom made back protector in good time for Christmas other companies giving ridiculous time scales. Product arrived earlier than expected and packaged beautifully. Delighted! would definitely use tree house again!! Very happy customer.

Delighted to receive the riding hat that we ordered at HOYS. The fitting service was excellent at the show and delivery has been far faster than expected. Thank you - I will buy from you again

4 stars only because I didn’t have to use it on my dog’s paw,as the grass seed came out after bathing a few times with salt water, hopefully won’t have need for it,the reason I went for this company/product was the excellent reviews i read before ordering, quick delivery, easy to order and very clear instructions on back of product.
