Treat It Medical Cannabis Clinic Arvostelua 

I am very impressed with Treat it, so far. From the first contact to the consultation to talking to the dr abouts strains for pain .so easy and way less stressful that I was expecting the whole process to be. I just recieved my first prescription and I'm very happy.

The service I received from Treat It so far has been exemplary. I was with another well known clinic before that I was pretty happy with but they did not offer non-irradiated strains, significantly reducing my choice, so I decided to switch to Treat It due to being a GLO investor. I was somewhat trepidatious that things would not go smoothly but the process was very simple for me and all the consultants, and doctors (Shakir, Sameen and Mehran) were so polite, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. The whole process from initial WhatsApp contact to receiving my prescription took just over a month. The prescription I received appears to be excellent quality from GLO but I have yet to try it.

I first emailed Treat It during Christmas but didn’t receive a reply, I then contacted them a few weeks later on WhatsApp and spoke with Shakir who was very helpful, even called me back after hours to help me. I managed to get an appointment quite quickly and the process was very easy, everyone I have spoken to has been extremely helpful. I did end up with an email reply but after I’d already signed up with them. Overall a very good clinic I would just advise people to WhatsApp rather than email.

I am so happy with Treat it service, doctors were really professional, respectful and friendly. Once I was approved by two doctors to receive my prescription medication, it was only a couple of days until I had it delivered to my door. Excellent quality products.

After making very easy contact via WhatsApp Shakir went above and beyond to secure my initial appointment, working around times and dates convenient to me.
The whole process has been so streamlined and hassle free, my consultant Dr.Jalil and Dr.Mehran are both so knowledgeable about everything and it's a pleasure to have them treating me and guiding me through the Treat -it process.
I am currently awaiting the new grove pharmacy to dispense my medication so I am hoping the pharmacy doesn't delay on getting that delivered.

Overall good, but the communication is slow , on average from ordering a repeat to receiving your prescription is 2 weeks, it's also been 3 weeks when flower has been found not to be in stock. I do get tired of emailing customer service to find out if the process has progressed or not. There needs to be a system that knows exactly what's in stock, maybe a list of flower on our personal online portal and the specialist needs to sign it off within the day of ordering not 2-3 days, At times i personally have had to ring the pharmacy to speed the process up, I've been told by customer support that the hold up is the pharmacy, yet when I ring the pharmacy they have said they are waiting on the prescription still, which in some cases has been 7 days from the point of reorder . I've waited upto 4 days just for a specialist to confirm my reorder. The whole process should be no longer than 5 days from start to finish. However that said the customer support are very friendly and the flower is good quality and overall treat it are the best value for money after trying various other clinics. If they reduce the process time the review would be 5 star.

Great experience, highly recommend this clinic with helpful staff and knowledgeable doctors. Made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

Update October 2025: Clinic improved communication channels, COO level manager is personally monitoring progress and actively responding to my messages, there are hiccups, but they working hard to provide better responses (although I have to consider that I'm in direct contact with their big boss) and service.
I have to be honest and give them back 2*, from 2 to 4, with expectations to back 5th soon - keep your hard work, please!

I was trying to enroll to medical cannabis clinics for over a year, to soothe chronic pain related to my severe health conditions, and wind off from opiates painkillers, which were somewhat helpful, but not of many pain factors - and with serious side effects.
But many clinics I've tried either were way too expensive, or had hidden costs, or - in most cases - doesn't care or even simply do not respond to my request.
"Treat It" is different, like breath of fresh air: from very beginning, via WhatsApp channel I was approached by Mr.Shakir, who patiently and with positive attitude helped me through enrolment, explaining and then following on each step. His understanding of subjects, knowledge about struggles and step by step guidance make my journey to prescription normal and pleasable.
I felt that someone finally listened, understand and is dedicated to help new patent, and can't thank him enough for his dedication.
Step two was registration on their portal and supply requirement documents there, easy and in common sense way - then initial video appointment with Specialist Nurse, which conducted step by step questionnaire, accomodating my very unique health conditions, and - again 👏🏻 - proactively investigate my needs and expectations, explaining next steps and how to get used to medication, her appointment was positive and helpful, once again I felt listen to and understood.
This clinic have medical consylium at Tuesday's, when team of doctors and nurses assess new cases and decide what will be proposed by doctor appointment following days.
My doctor appointment couldn't went better: phone conversation was professional, doctor know my case already, and have deep understanding of my problems.
We had very focused conversation about choice of flowers, type of strains, with different values of active substances, which helped me in very competent way to choose strain most beneficial for me to start with. Doctor explained to me as well different formulations, vapes and oils, practically teaching me about benefits and differences between different products.
Very focused and helpful.
I'm looking forward for my first prescription to arrive and can't way to ready myself to leave opiates behind, with hope that this approach will let me deal with restrictions on much better conditions.
I can definitely recommend this clinic to everyone considering this natural, and often much better - when compared to "big pharma" medicine - treatment 👍🏻

UPDATE July 2025: Unfortunately I have to remove stars for three consecutive months of flowers delivered without terpenes protection, two weeks of ignoring me on beginning of June, which resulted in additional 10 days with no painkillers, full of pain and distress.

It's a shame, because four initial deliveries, from February to May were great, good or very good quality flowers, always with TerpenesShield sachets attached, and once even with small pack of jelly beans 🥺

Today (1st August'25) director admitted, that he doesn't believe that they could guarantee terpenes protection!

For not engaged yet customer: terpenes profile is crucially important, especially with Sativa/hybrids strains, much more beneficial like THC , or CBD %, as there's over 200 different terpenes, presenting different benefits for patients - but quickly decaying forever, if moisture control isn't applied by producers (for hermetically secured packaging - or by pharmacy if not supplied by producers.
In my case safe terpenes profile is crucial to gain expected results - and their decay (irreversible) can reduce available vapours for more than 30%, literally reducing this expensive medicine to dust.

My experience of four initial months was great, close to perfect, as I described above, so I wish to update stars and feedback asap, as soon as they resolve quality of flowers delivered issue 🤞🏻, but for now even these 2* are gracious, tbh, be very cautiously when choosing this clinic, and they failing Xpress Pharmacy 👈🏻

I've stuck with them, and things have improved a bit. Never saw any compensation for this debacle though, so will see how things are going at next consult as to whether to stay or not.

No response to my emails. Non existent customer service. 0 stars would be appropriate. It seems there are plenty of reviews of the same nature.

22/05/25:
Unfortunately, the actual service from Treat-It is not up to the same standard as the onboarding.
After being sent mouldy medication nearly two months ago, I am still waiting for resolution.
Treat-It do not seem interested in resolving issues for customers, and instead will direct you to their supplier, the pharmacy that they use for distribution, who are equally unresponsive and uninterested in providing even a basic level of customer service.
The issue: evidence of the visibly poor quality (along with the strong mould smell) was provided to both Treat-It and then Newgrove pharmacy (after Treat-It basically disowned the issue). Using the medication caused sore throat and headaches, and so was completely unusable.
After being directed to Newgrove Pharmacy by Treat-It, it took several unanswered calls to the pharmacy over two days before I got through. After providing photographic evidence of the issue and a clear explanation via email to Newgrove, as requested, it then went quiet again. After 3 weeks of waiting and no response to that email, I contacted them again. This time they told me that the issue was with the producer and that I would have to continue to wait indefinitely whilst they investigate.
It is now 2 months since raising the issue, no contact has ever been made without me prompting from the customer side - so far it seems that Treat-It and Newgrove are not interested in providing even basic customer service once you are onboard and they have your money.
They will leave you, as the patient and customer, out of pocket and out of medication, instead of taking responsibility for their poor quality products.

I have emailed again to express my continued disappointment and disillusionment as a customer of Treat-It. It seems that as long as everything is going ok then the service is decent, but when things go wrong, it seems neither Treat-It or Newgrove Pharmacy are interested in supporting their patients/customers. I hope they contact me to prove me wrong, but it’s massively disappointing and I may have to find an alternative if this is left unresolved.

22/01/25:
Just completed onboarding with Shakir, and so far the process has been quick, polite and competent. Looking forward and hoping that appointments and dispensary are to an equally high standard.

I totally agree with Ben,the only thing I will say it is slow and I mean slow,communication I've found is shite,email takes a day or two for an answer and I downloaded what's app for no other reason than to talk with someone but have never had a reply.sounds more like a me problem now tho.The elephant in the room is cost tbh,close to £300 to get started is alot of money all in 1 go.personally I would look into other ways to pay as there is not one I've heard of that does on the actual medication itself not the consultant fees.

Fast and efficient service. Everyone has been lovely and helpful. The app makes it easy to keep on top of the process and upload your documents. Delivery was discreet and incredibly speedy. Very happy with the quality of medication dispensed.

Very prompt and professional staff are at Treat It and their patient care really stands out. The clinic have demonstrated great level of understanding and provided a seamless great service.

From start to finish the whole process was very easy and quick to be accepted for a prescription. The delivery service has always been quick and reliable. The Doctors are very knowledgable and profession and the medication works.

A few honest mistakes but stellar service - highly reccomend

What made my experience great with treat it was the constant and consistent support. Whenever I had issues or questions, I could contact them and they would get back to me within the hour. Also very impressed with how quick the whole process was and how helpful staff was with any queries. The consultant was very understanding and friendly to talk too and let me know how the whole process works. After I was approved I spoke to my doctor who was also very knowledgeable and kind in answering any concerns I had. I can’t say enough good things about treat it and look forward to working with them in the future

I have been with Treat IT since April 2024 and I don't have a bad thing to say they staff are brilliant and nice and very responsive. I definitely recommend them to anyone having a look for a clinic. They are happy to help and do their best to accommodate.

Unreal delays from this clinic from trying to get a doctor appt, the delay in sending medication list (a terrible huge spreadsheet) and a nurse who emailed me to say shes my nurse two months+ after I joined. Also poor communication over the holiday period (mismatched last dates with their pharmacy newgrove) meant I didn't receive my meds on time. Lets see how long it takes to get my discharge letter...

I use Treat it clinic as I found them to be very reliable, and if there is an issue they normally rectify it as quickly as possible. Delivery is prompt and is so easy to reorder prescription.
