Fantastic customer dervice
We had exceptional customer service from Hana who helped us after our original tiles were damaged during transport. Our new tiles have now arrived in perfect condition and look great. I've got no hesitation in recommending Travertine Tiles for their fantastic customer service alone. Delighted with our order and can't wait to see them fitted into our new kitchen.

Excellent product and helpful customer service
Ordered two different natural stone bathrooms tiles from this company. Both the tiles exceeded my expectations and whilst one was not in stock at the time of order, they kept me aware of the progress and when I ordered some in stock tiles, delivery was arranged very quickly.

Useful samples and great customer support
I have ordered some samples to replace broken tiles in my bathroom. Samples arrived quickly and in good condition. I ended up not needing to do the renovation but customer support has been excellent. I reached out to them 3 times to get details about the product and help with a delivery. Hana in particular was very helpful.

Highly recommend!!!
Fantastic quality, great price and fabulous customer service. I am over the moon 😊.
I rang this morning to get an update on delivery. The person I spoke to contacted the courier. She rang me back 5 minutes later offering a delivery the same day between 10:45 and 12:45. The tiles arrived right on time. When I opened the packaging I was taken aback by the quality . Thank you Travertine Store!!!

Incredible Customer Service Experience
Recently, I have been in the midst of getting my bathroom renovated - which has proven to be a very stressful and anxiety inducing process. I contacted this company and was greeted by Hana, who immediately put me at ease with her knowledge and confidence.
Hana understood exactly what I needed, even when I had difficulty articulating it myself. She provided outstanding customer service and couldn’t have been more friendly, polite and efficient with her advice and guidance.
Overall, she was incredibly helpful, and I would absolutely recommend Hana, as well as this business, for all of your bathroom and kitchen tile concerns!

Miss sold limestone for bathroom
Miss sold limestone for bathroom, very poor customer service.
Not sure this is genuine stone as it won't seal like natural stone.
Look elsewhere for genuine stone.

Ms Walker , you have purchased our Antalya Limra natural limestone range with a suitable sealer, you were advised at the time of placing your order that sealing is an ongoing process for all natural stone types, they need regular cleaning and re-sealing throughout their lifetime to help preserve their look. Your complaint was that you had mould buildup in the area you used these tiles in (a shower area) after 4 months of your purchase. Please kindly be reminded that you were also advised before buying the Antalya range that it is not recommended to use them in shower areas, but we had discussed that there are always customers that choose to use some of our ranges where not recommended. This is an area where we do not recommend using these tiles, the description states "bathroom use" not shower area. Your mould complaint is also 4 months after your tile purchase from us. Please respectfully be reminded that, suppliers like ourselves can not be held responsible for any of our range of items being affected when used in areas not recommended, how they are cared for after installation or simply, mould build-up due to irregular care of our products after 4 months of purchase or throughout their lifetime.
Kindest regards

Tiles were warped/bowed and irregular in size although advertised as rectified.
Tolerances not advised in sales.
Poor quality. Shop elsewhere.

Dear customer, all ceramic - porcelain tiles have size, thickness & warp tolerances as per European/British standards and after checking the items, it was concluded that the tiles were within the acceptable tolerances. Therefore any similar items that you'd shop from anyewhere else would be subject to the same tolerances.
exceptionally good
This business offers exceptional customer service, and very good value. I had a very small order, yet the time and effort Jo her colleagues put in to helping me arrange the order and collection was frankly remarkable, you would think I was spending thousands. They couldn’t be more helpful, polite, friendly, flexible and efficient. I can absolutely recommend this great business.

Beautiful marble tiles
I ordered my tiles from Travertine Store with a bit of trepidation. Their marble floor tiles were less than half the price I'd seen elsewhere. Natural stone tiles can be tricky, fragile things, and there are some negative reviews on here. Maybe the quality would be dodgy? I took the plunge and I'm delighted that I did.
I bought 12 square metres of cream silver marble floor tiles. They were delivered on time, with no chips or breakages, and they look beautiful on my kitchen floor.

Ordered some tiles Saturday. I called them Monday to cancel order as my wife had bought what we needed elsewhere.
Call was answered very quickly, very good customer service and got my Paypal refund on the Tuesday.

Dear Customer, can you please advise what the issue was? Our main review collecting platform is Reviews.io, we do not check Trustpilot regularly. We pride ourselves for high quality products with excellent customer services and we have many happy customers. Thank you.
Top quality tile and really pleased…
Aside from the delivery charge which I fully understand as it has to come pallet delivery, I cannot fault this tile shop. Really pleased with quality of the mosaic marble tiles and the delivery was fast too 👍
Would have no hesitation using again or recommending to others.

Don’t buy from these
Don’t buy from these. You are not getting real stone!
Just ask for a sample and you will see the limestone tiles are made from sand.
Please don’t waste thousands of pounds on a fake product!
I’m so shocked that so many people have bought from this site?

Dear Customer, we do not sell fake products, if we did, we would not have lots of happy customers. Limestone is a natural product and they are not man made, they are what they are. Thank you.
