Not recommended at all they lied

We had booked thru booking travel thru
Car service for three adults and two children and two car seats. Waited to get picked up without having information for the driver or car. Then when getting to the station to get picked up it was a lyft driver. Of course he was not informed of any of this, not car seats nothing.
It was a $62 service and we did not get any of what we had requested.

Could have been better

Before getting on our plane I got a message from the driver, he was very kind and explained us very clearly where to wait and how we can get there so we were really calm during the flight. Although, when we landed I got another message that he is not our driver anymore and after that, I got 3 more messages from 3 different numbers. From one of the numbers I got a picture and the driver said he was waiting there. It took us 20 minutes to find the place because he literally sent us a picture of a wall. Then when we found the place he wasn’t even there so we waited another 50 minutes when I got the message from the manager that they sent us a 6-seated car when we booked for 8 people so I had to make a lot of calls to get another car. Because of this, we missed our programms that day.
Moreover, the drivers didn’t speak English at all and were really unfriendly.

The driver wasn't there on arrival

The driver wasn't there on arrival. I arrived on my own & I was lucky that a couple of taxi drivers were very helpful. The driver was at the wrong terminal. He blamed me for providing incorrect information & tried to make me pay the parking fees. Ye was nearly an hour late. He made me feel very uncomfortable & was asking me lots of personal questions. I would not recommend this site again & would book transportation directly through the hotel. Would not recommend as a solo traveler.

Never again

Never again, Driver did not show up at 4 PM. Instead of telling he cannot come we waited like 45 Minutens to hear in the end, nobody comes. We went trough horror to get an uber which had to hurry like crazy, almosed made an accident...finally we reached the airport 2 Minutes before gate closed. Cannont reccomand this company. Awful expierience.

Driver didn't meet in arrival hall. Baby car seat wasn't provided

The driver did not meet the customer with a signed table with name on it in the arrival hall, which was clearly confirmed in the reservation. The customer was forced to make multiple calls (using an expensive roaming rate) and the person via phone (probably a support consultant) gave directions on where to go. The person (not a driver) who was waiting at a curb, walked the customer to a different place (kind of terminal) and left there alone to stay and wait. After about 15 minutes of waiting and multiple calls, that person appeared again and walked the customer to a car where a third person - driver - was waiting.
The car was not equipped with a baby car seat, which was clearly requested and highlighted in reservation form.
Disappointed at all and will avoid any further cooperation with this provider.

No recomiendo esta agencia de transporte

Nuestro vuelo se atraso y desde nuestro país le indicamos al chofer que nuestro vuelo estaba atrasado por 45minutos. Este indicó no había problema. Al llegar a Punta Cana, tuve que prender la data de mi celular para contactarme y este me indica se demorará 20 minutos, los cuales se convirtieron en 1hr y media y si no es porque somos persistente un transporte privado nos vió molestos y la agencia le tuvo que pagar a ese ángel que nos llevó al hotel. Cancelamos la vuelta y nos fuimos con transporte del hotel. Booking es muy buena aplicación pero no debería recomendar esta agencia!

En mi primer viaje a Brasil . Contrato ttransporte del aeropuerto de Fortaleza a mi Hotel llegada a las 22:00h y allí no había nadie para recogerme espere 45 minutos y ya decidí tomar un taxi e ir al Hotel cuando llego al hotel recibo un whatshap del conductor diciendo que su empresa no está registrada para recoger al cliente en el aeropuerto y que lamentaba lo sucedido. . Este servicio lo contrate a través de booking . He recibido innumerables mails y emails reiterando las disculpas sin devolverme mi dinero

Poor service

Driver did not arrive at specified time. No call to explain. I had to call them 4 times and they had no idea what was going on. Sent me different driver details, I call them and they have no idea about my booking. After 20 minute delay they sent an Uber

Customer service is poor. Told me I couldn’t complain with them and had to go through booking.com. They want you to sign up to marketing campaigns just to provide any feedback

When I did get a response. It was a half hearted apology and then this long spiel that they never let customers down and they always call. That’s just a lie

Your company charged exorbitantly high fare

Your company charged Rs. 2,600 for taxi fare from BLR airport to Koramangalam area at 4.00 am.
Uber / Ola charge less then Rs. 1,200.
It was my first visit to BLR and I was charged exorbitantly high by your company.
Very bad way to treat a new traveller.
You lost one customer forever.
