Daniel treated me like I was making a fourth booking with their agency. The agency redesigned my travel itinerary and addressed my fear of long stopovers in many of the travel hubs by offering tickets that entailed waiting for less than 6hrs for the roundtrip from Edinburgh to Harare.
However, what I liked most was Daniel's honesty when he committed their agency in writing the refund policy in case of changes in travel arrangements either because of circumstances beyond my or Qatar's control. I am aware Qatar will refund 100% of ticket cost if they cancel the trip or deduct £300 from the ticket if I decide not to travel provided I advise the airline 48 hours before the departure date.
