Inadequate packaging left rucksack at risk

Good product and prompt delivery but the rucksack was very badly packaged with no effort to protect it during transit, so I received it repackaged by Royal Mail and only by pure luck did it arrive undamaged.

Excellent!

Never heard of this company before two weeks ago but wanted to buy the Osprey Fairview 40 for an upcoming backpacking trip and this website was by far the cheapest I found! I bought the bag and it came very quickly and was perfect as described. Would recommend and will definitely be using this site again.

Product arrived very quickly and as described. Using the website was easy and the checkout process was simple.
Only thing I’d mention is that I didn’t get a confirmation email to say they’d received my order, or to say it had been dispatched. The item turned up before I even knew they’d acknowledged my order!

Avoid

No order confirmation, no reply to an email to check the status of my order and phone lines only open 10-2. Today I’ve been refunded £1.98 for some reason. Won’t use again
