Would be good to have a contact to cust services.

What would have made it better was a way to contact someone via phone as i was concerned about the delivery time and there was no one to speak to - no email address or phone no, just a forum but the item came reliably so it wasn't a big issue in the end.

First time order - Satisfied - Good start!

I place an order for the first time on this business.

I got a pair of ultra-light dry bags at pretty much half the price that they cost every where else. Yes, awesome deal.

Got them promptly in a perfect, brand-new condition.

I have never dealt with returns so l can't comment on that.

So far so good!

Brilliant

Brilliant, wanted to buy a dry bag for a few days gravel cycling. Normally buy from Wiggle but found the dry bag I was looking for at half the price. Super fast delivery. Never heard of Silverfox before but would defo use them again.

Happy Customer

Silverfox Travel Outdoors have been impossible to get hold of in order to discuss where my item is after a lost delivery note. However, with some support I received a phone call and explanation and was able to get my item safely which was excellent. I really appreciate the call and help I got once I was able to get hold of them!

Fantasic service

I purchased two items on separate occasions, both were packaged well and arrived in perfect condition. The customer service was fantastic, I needed an item asap paid for express delivery after a short uncomplicated call to customer service the parcel was dispatched immediately and arrive the next day. The return s process seems uncomplicated. I will definitely use this store in the future.

Deuter security holster

Quick delivery. Good quality product. Fits comfortably under your arm and can be secured with waist strap. I use it to carry my phone whilst cycling. Unfortunately the 6.55" screen is too long to fit fully in the zipped pocket but feels secure enough.
