travelopick is a site of scammers they put erroneous information on the site to attract us to buy tickets from them. I don’t advise you at all. 2 times I paid with them and at the airport I had to pay again. I even missed a flight because I didn’t have money on me to pay for my suitcase in the cabin. we must even file a complaint against them they are to be banned because no quality of customer service.

Very unreliable agency. I had a problem with a booking and they asked me to accept a partial refund or accept an alternative fligjt with 2 stops yet mine was a direct flight.

I bought round trip ticket and realized I could not use the time of my departure tic. I called customer service and spoke to DARRELL. He was extremely patient and helpful. We spent about 20 min going over the options and prices. In the end, I ended up with a ticket that works for me. I wish everyone in customer service was as nice as DARRELL.

I didn't have to stay on line a long time waiting for an agent today, even thought I called three times, it was always answered quickly. Mia helped me on the third call today. She answered a lot of questions and was able to purchase me another checked bag even though it was less than 24 hours before our flight. She even called me back when it would be a long hold.

I booked a flight for $328, only to find the exact same flight on another travel website for $280 just minutes later. That’s almost $50 more, and it felt like I was overcharged.

I contacted customer service immediately. They first told me to send a screenshot of the cheaper price and promised a gift card for the difference. But after I sent the screenshot, they changed their statement, saying they can’t refund or offer anything. This is completely dishonest and unprofessional.

Also, the website doesn’t clearly show if the price is in CAD or USD, which makes it confusing for Canadian customers. You don’t know what currency you’re paying in until after the purchase, and by then it’s too late.

There’s no proper price match policy, and their customer service misleads you with empty promises. I won’t be booking through this site again and I suggest others stay away. Always compare prices on different platforms before you buy.

My first experience was amazing, however I had to change my flight and add another one, all of the sudden (kids)😂 and Stefan not only was very helpful but he went above and beyond.

This company is a COMPLETE scam, please do not use them. My senior mother in law thought she was clicking American Airlines and clicked on them instead and called their phone number. They’ve charged her $450 to change a flight at time of cancellation then a $420 fee when I called for her to rebook. They guy told me he was waiving the fee, then got really mean and told me to click on an approval email in a rush that included the $420 fee. I called back to complain, and the next day I received an obscene phone call to my personal cell. They also completely overcharge for tickets in the first place. Just please trust me and look elsewhere. I am going to be reporting them to the BBB

Avoid these people at all cost. why? I spoke with two reps they say two completly different things, I booked a flight and called them to cancel in 30 mins one said i will charge you 50 dollar, one of them were rude. Over all, 0/5.
