Travelgoogoo Arvostelua

Had trouble with slow internet speed after activating my eSIM. But quickly solved by customer support via whatsapp. Thanks to Joel, he was very helpful!

Had a problem with the roaming of the esim card. It turns out that I did not pay attention and the country is not included in the plan I have. Joel massively helped me, letting me know the issue and stayed until everything is all good. Absolutely massive thank you to him.

I was having technical problems with my credit card and email that I couldn't solve on my own. I contacted support via WhatsApp, and Joel helped me. He did a great job and was very quick. Everything was fixed perfectly in less than an hour.

I was helped by Vaishnavi. She was patient and very clear in her explanations. She helped me understand some technicalities regarding how the eSIM works and I really appreciate that. It helped me make a clear decision quickly regarding what to buy.

Extremely bad customer service. Avoid if you don't want to get your blood boil.
I requested to chat with a human agent to resolve an issue but the agent somehow decided to refuse to read what I sent and instead copy-paste template response. When it was escalated to another agent, they promised to look into the issue for you but then MIA and stopped replying to the message even though I messaged them from time to time

Update: Joel from the customer care team reached out directly to apologise and resolve the issue. It shouldn't have taken a manual review to fix something so straightforward, but the follow-up was appreciated. Seems like they are working on improving things on their end.

I now use this whenever I need to roam. It costs a fraction of roaming with my local carrier, and the purchase experience and service are fast and seamless.

I started using Travelgoogoo after repeated issues trying to use Airolo on biz trips to AUS and USA. On both occasions, the set up was too complicated for this tech geek and it resulted in massive SingTel bills because I thought that I was running the Airolo eSIM. Thankfully, SingTel showed mercy and reduced my bill. After those incidents, I switched over to Travelgoogoo and haven't had an issue since. More recently, I had a issue when I upgraded my phone from an iPhone 13 to a 17. The tech support at TGG was very helpful in getting the old eSIM transferred to the new phone which saved me from losing the leftover GBs remaining. Thank you Travelgoogoo!!!

Great product, saved us money! I appreciate the whatsapp bot interface and not needing another app!

Easy to use. Just fuss free and communication was great!

Never tried a travel eSIM club before. The US$14 cost per year was very attractive, especially when it offers unlimited messaging data in 123 countries for 365 days.

Even when I checked the cost of boosting the speed for Seoul in a recent trip, the cost was more competitive than a Singapore telecom company, and the coverage was better than expected.

What I love is that now I don't need to care about hunting for SIM card companies or even pay thru my nose for eSIMs. I just land, go to my WhatsApp and say I want to boost, and voila, it is instant.

TravelgooGoo made staying connected abroad effortless. The setup was quick, the connection was stable throughout my trip, and the rates were extremely reasonable. No hidden charges, no dropped signals—just reliable service wherever I went. Highly recommend for frequent travellers!

Easy to setup and use.

Tried Travelgoogoo from friend’s recommendation during my recent trip to China. The internet had a bit of hiccup but their customer service replied very quickly and helped me to settle it quickly and thereafter’s it was smooth sailing. Their e-sim club membership is really helpful especially when I go for short trips to Johor Bahru, I need not buy or reinstall another esim, so convenient !

I’ve had a great experience using data roaming services from Travelgoogoo. I purchased the Travelgoogoo365 plan and enjoyed free texting while traveling in Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Thailand.

When I needed to browse or stream videos and music, it was quick and easy to top up by simply messaging Travelgoogoo Assist on WhatsApp. The convenience and responsiveness made a big difference.

Also, considering that all data packages are valid for 30 days, the rates are very competitive compared to other providers. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and value.

One of the most economical and reliable telecommunication card to have when travelling.

I used TravelGoogoo for recent trips and found it to be a convenient option for travel. It offers a year-round, fixed-price travel data SIM that I can keep and reuse. I liked how simple it was to place a top-up order, and get support directly through WhatsApp. It is a a practical choice for frequent travelers.

Used this roaming service in Malaysia and Tokyo—worked like a charm! Super easy to set up, fast connection, and no random dropouts, good boost. Didn’t have to worry about hunting for Wi-Fi or swapping SIM cards. Totally recommend it if you travel a lot and want stress-free internet on the go.
And the pricing for the package are simply amazing!

Great experience without the need to install new esim everytime i travel

Responsive and efficient service. Reliable connection and value for money with the one year membership

Travelgoogoo is amazing. I have used it for my vacation to Greece, Thailand, Indonesia and India. All of my connections were seamless. The chat on whatsapp was also very responsive as well and even reminded me when my balance was low. It also updated me (on demand) on my data usage balance. The best part of it was getting a better connection compare to the locals in India in some cities. I guess travelgoogoo partners with good telcos to offer the best connection.

It is affordable and I've now introduced this to many of my friends who are travelling internationally too!.
