Firsty Arvostelua 

I couldn't install the Firsty plan I had purchased due to a hardware issue with my phone's eSIM. I contacted customer support to explain the situation, and they processed a refund immediately. Five stars for their excellent customer service.

Es funktioniert. Das Internet war in meinem kurztest für Claude, Google ai Mode und sogar YouTube brauchbar. Der Test war in der Wohnung über Salt 3G/5G. Es ist wirklich gratis und die E SIM Instelation war natürlich super Easy

werkt prima over de hele wereld met een vast bedrag voor data. Super blij mee en geen onverwachte kosten

Firsty wordt aanbevolen in de KBC app dus vond ik het wel een goed idee om dit eens te proberen. Alles geïnstalleerd maar eenmaal op bestemming werkt niets. Support is minimaal (standaard tekstjes van Firsty over hoe je moet inschakelen), KBC Support reageert iets beter, maar ook vrij standaard met bijna de moraal van het verhaal "het is je eigen domme schuld dat het niet werkt". Nooit gedacht dat KBC met zo een rotzooiproduct in zee is gegaan, ze zijn zo stilaan een Turkse bazaar aan het worden daar. Soit, schijt schijt centen kwijt, zodra ik terug thuis ben vliegt die Firsty first things om er nooit meer in te komen

I was having multiple problems with connection and the support was very helpful with first guiding through all required settings and when that didn't help it was quick to assign human agent that helped me get access to service within a day with quick responses. After that I had no issues with it! Really happy that I'm able to try service for free and always have a connection with Firsty Free

Malgré un soucis avec mon e-sim, j'ai été vite pris en charge. Avec efficacité et rapidité ils ont réussi a tout remettre en ordre. Donc merci a Julia et a l'équipe de diagnostic. Et jusqu'à présent rien a redire sur la connexion qui fonctionne parfaitement.

The app is very well made. It offers excellent service for free or a premium plan. Still very cheap and flexible options. Being able to also hold onto the tokens you didn’t use during the trip is an amazing feature.

I had an issue connecting to their free service (which is an absolute lifesaver) whilst on a cruise. I used their AI which is very good but I couldn’t resolve a difficult problem. They put me through to a customer service team and I messaged Julia who was very helpful and patient. Because of technical issues Starlink( the ship internet connection) would disconnect in some ports due to commercial contracts. Julia explained how to change some settings and bingo all working.
It is such a useful service to be able to use messaging and Grab Uber and google maps whilst well away from home. I absolutely recommend!

Über ein halbes Jahr war telefonieren mit der Firsty App nicht möglich. Jetzt wurde diese Funktion wieder aufgeschaltet, aber Anrufe nach Frankreich sind nicht möglich...

Heb Firsty gebruikt als e-sim in Zuid-Amerika en dit werkte perfect. Had een keer problemen met verbinding in Bolivia en de klantenservice heeft hier goed en snel mee geholpen.

Firsty has a lot of problems. Imagine traveling through different countries where every single country requires a separate setup and activation flow. Instead of something that just works, you constantly end up needing support to get connected again. Sometimes this takes up to an hour.

Their support is extremely slow, overly bureaucratic, and unwilling to meet customers halfway. After multiple issues, I eventually gave up completely. This company does not seem to understand the experience international travelers actually need.

Firsty werkt blijkbaar niet op Samsung S25. Staat nergens vermeld, ik lees het hier bij iemand anders review.
Ik betaalde 20 euro voor gebruik in Nepal, maar kreeg het niet geactiveerd.
Heeft me uren stress gekost én 20 euro.

La app todavía no la eh podido usar/probar porque no está disponible en la región que estoy actualmente viajando, pero le doy buena puntuación porque el soporte es muy bueno sobre todo da la señorita julia muy amable atenta y comprensiva deberían existir más trabajadoras así🫰

Forget about anything called a "free plan." This app is moving towards a paid strategy like all the others. The free aspect was just for advertising and attracting users, and they succeeded. Now it's just another eSIM app; you just have to see if their prices suit you.
