CB Travel Arvostelua 

I travelled to Barry island with CB TRAVEL on the 5th August. I want to start by praising Courtney and the other ladies on the coach for their professionalism. It’s not the first time I have used them to take a family day trip and it certainly won’t be the last. Courtney did a great job of keeping us informed of arrival into the services how long we would be there and how long till we arrived at Barry island. If it wasn’t for this company I would not have been able to take my son to the beach or to the zoo (last year) I am very much looking forward to my next trip with C.B Travel.

Poor service. Racist they are. Didn’t keep to their promise, they promised to give all the children snack and drinks and they never did. Called the cops on us. No toilet in the bus in fact it was a terrible experience travelling with them.

My group and i was racially abused,the cops was called on us,unkept promise by the manager of giving refreshment on transit to kids.The coach had no toilet and was unkept,we had to stop on the road side for the kids and some adults to wee in the bush.We was treated unfairly and called criminals and told to go back to our country.They ruined our day out for 48 of us.As if that wasnt enough the manager courtney messaged me saying i was banned from using their services her reason was she says we had more numbers than what we paid for,what she didnt ask was how many mothers had their babies on their thighs.she says we delayed the other passengers what she didnt ask was, why her attendant Racheal asked everyone to go in without asking me who made the booking to account for my group first to do a head count.Poor management on their part and lack of good judgement.Worse company ever i do not recommend.

First was the dirty coach with no toilet,then was a mismanagement,then was racial abuse,and then the cops was invited all because of colour.Then was promise of light refreshments that would be given to kids on board everything went wrong.Your company destroyed our day with poor management and racially abuse us calling us criminals.why should we bother with ur CB travel again? No charging port, coach was stopped at the middle of the bush for us to urinate, no dignity or privacy. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HORIBLE COMPANY TO ANYONE. THEY TREAT PEOPLE LIKE ANIMALS

I had a terrible experience using their services from Coventry to Skegness. What should have been a straightforward long‑distance journey turned into an unacceptable ordeal marked by racist behaviour and serious discrimination against people of colour. Their staff demonstrated poor conflict resolution skills and inadequate people‑management capabilities, escalating situations instead of calming them.
The bus condition was equally disappointing. For a long‑distance trip, the vehicle had no toilet facilities, which is completely unreasonable and shows a lack of care for passenger comfort and basic needs.
Overall, I would never recommend this service to anyone. No one should have to deal with discrimination, poor management, and substandard travel conditions.
