Absolutely Desperate and Invasive
What an unbelievably desperate company. I went on their site just to browse some flight options — didn’t book anything, didn’t pay a penny — and within minutes, they’re blowing up my phone at 11:30 PM. Seriously? Who thinks it’s okay to cold-call someone late at night just because they typed in a few details?
I declined the calls three times, and then they had the nerve to send me an email saying, “Thank you for choosing Travcart.” Excuse me? I didn’t choose anything. If I wanted to “choose” you, I would have hit the pay button — I didn’t.
Their behavior screams desperation. I was considering them, but after this pushy, intrusive nonsense, the decision was easy: never using Travcart.
Other companies like trip.com, booking.com or even airline websites don’t resort to these kinds of tactics. They respect your time and privacy. Travcart clearly doesn’t.

Customer confidence is key to Success
I was anxious to begin with because in my eagerness to make a booking I forgot about doing my due diligence. Then I came across many 1☆reviews which further alarmed me.
However, on speaking with Jonathan, he was able to reassure me that the highest standard of their service would be delivered. This is a standard I am accustomed to when booking directly with Singapore Airlines.
Unfortunately, as it was a last minute trip, SIA prices were 2/3 times more than this flight I booked with TravCart.

Don’t book Scammers
Scammers, AVOID AT ALL COSTS the good reviews on her have been put on by fictitious people. My wife made the booking via Kayak for a good price, got called the next day to say that I would have to pay another £1200 to get the same flights and I had the last 2 seats etc, had the airline on the other end of the phone - Roger tried anything and everything to get me to book tickets for only another extra £420 🤣 very aggressive on the phone talking over me. Luckily I could see straight through them from the first phone call. Tried to take advantage of us getting a flight to see a really poorly relative. They will keep your money as long as they can to get the interest off it. They say you will receive your money back in 24/48 hours but I’m still waiting. Going to register a complaint with ATOL.

Highly extremely distressing experience
We had a highly extremely distressing experience with a recent flight booking made through this platform. We booked flight tickets to our country through TravCart. We promptly received a confirmation email confirming our booking and made full payment. However, despite the confirmation, we did not receive our flight tickets. After multiple followups from our side we were called after 2 days saying the ticket was not allocated and asked us to be flexible on other dates and asked for extra payment. By that time the ticket rates shouted up as it is school holidays time and there was no proper response from their side. When asked, they coldly said they will refund the money. It's been 4 days now and it's not refunded yet. We had a terrible experience with this agency. Time and money waste, stressing us out for 2 days without sending the tickets after the payment. Please don't use this service. The main person involved was Marvin Vettori. When we followed up, the calls were handled by Mark, Alex and Roger.
