This is such a nice travel agency and I recommend them thousands time because they are be with you 24/7 when you have issue. I book my flight with travel cart and I have an issue in that flight so they give me another flight in same money and be with on call till 1 am in the morning and marvin is such a cooperative person and I recommend his promotion to travcart.

I came across Travcart’s website by chance while searching for a ticket in the early hours of the morning. I began the booking process somewhat hesitantly and, midway through, decided I wanted to switch to a different airline. This led to a system error due to the partially completed booking.
I called their customer service number and was promptly attended to by Marvin. He patiently guided me through the process, reviewed the best available options, and helped me complete the booking seamlessly.
Despite my initial hesitation, Marvin remained polite, patient, and understanding. He reassured me by providing their ATOL number and company profile, which gave me confidence to proceed. While waiting for my ticket, I also spoke with a couple of other advisers—each one courteous, professional, and helpful. Overall, their customer service line was consistently responsive, with calls answered promptly every time.
My booking was confirmed, and I received the ticket later that same day. I verified the details directly with the airline, and everything was in order. I also saved a good amount compared to other sites. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely use Travcart again.

I was disappointed when I was told to…
I was disappointed when I was told to pay more than the price advertised. After paying for the booking , I got a call that there were no seats available for the price and I had to add £53 to the initial fare. I’m still waiting for the e-ticket that I was expecting in 48 hours.

Genuine Travel Agency at last!
I had mixed feelings when booking my flight because I have been scammed before by a travel agency. I found that Travcart was different, Mark reassured me that I will not get any extra costs after paying my tickets and true to his word I recieved my tickets the following day. Throughout the booking process, Mark was gentle and polite and kept asking if I was ok, I thought this was so good to be true, the deal was excellent and am glad I found Travcart. They were clear in explaining things…
They were clear in explaining things and answering all my questions. Just one thing which I noted was, during my first encounter and making a down payment, I was assured that a code will be sent to me so I can access the tickets from the airline website. This never happened until I made the outstanding amount. They apologised when I brought this up. I know this may be a market strategy but it can put people off. Another staff has to apologise for something they did not do. Just be more transparent to potential customers in future.

I booked flight online someone called later after all was paid and confirmation emailed to me.thy said they would change airport frm Heathrow to Gatwick when I questioned the story changed to price would increase with 126£.I requested for refund .am just hoping I won't get scammed as it will take 48hrs.fingers crossed.pls guys never use this company. Well, i had issues with booking my flight. They said it was because of network so there was error in my booking. I placed several calls and their floor manager arrested the situation nicely and professionally. I became happy again. Based on my interactions with him on how he handled the situation, I have confidence that he will deliver.

Complete scam cost me thousands of pounds
Martin at TravCart sold me a ticket, after multiple confirmations before and after purchase, with a return to London from Tokyo on 25 April, but the flight was on 24 April (due to TravCart's fraud or error.) TravCart refused to fix the problem, necessitating the purchase of another ticket. They promised to address the issue "within 24 hours" but this was almost two months ago. No refund has been received. The Met Police have a report under ROC-11956-25-0101-IR and I am filing a civil claim agains TravCart to reclaim over £2100 pounds of damage. Avoid these scammers at all cost!!
The below letter offering some compensation is a joke. It doesn't even cover the cost of the plane ticket I had to buy to correct Travcart's errors, let alone hundreds of pounds of additional expenses. I encourage anyone similarly affected to file a police report, as I did, with the Met Police under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 at the Action Fraud website. I have already spoke to some similarly affected customers about this. I also encourage you to file civil claims against Travcart, the fees for which I am happy to pay.
