Won't meet my IHD

To meet my IHD, I selected 2-day shipping when checking out, but it reverted back to ground which is 3-days and now we won't get these by the date we needed them. I immediatly sent a text message to Ray to see if he could change it for me or to confirm if ground would only take 2-days, but got no reply.

My new go-to company!

Incredibly fast shipping at an excellent price! We needed to throw together last minute cheer shirts for football games last week. The company we normally use bailed on us last minute and I was scrambling from a solution. Transfermerch to the rescue! They were here within 2 days, cost was excellent and they pressed beautifully! Already placing another order with them again.

Fast but dull

It was a fast turn around. Unfortunately the colors were very dull and anything smaller than 5 inches wasn’t good quality. Will not use again.

However, it's important to note that if your monitor is not calibrated, the colors you see on your screen may not match the final printed product. We recommend calibrating your monitor to ensure color consistency between what you see and the final print.

Secondly, we strive to provide the best possible service and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Unlike some other providers, we take the extra step to review artwork before printing. In your case, we alerted you about the quality issues with your artwork to avoid potential dissatisfaction with the final product. This is a proactive measure to ensure that the prints meet high standards and that you are happy with the outcome.
