Order fulfillment is smooth, same-day shipping if orders come in before 2pm, packing is careful, no major issues. Only complaint is they don't offer weekend fulfillment so Friday afternoon orders sit until Monday which some customers complain about. Not a dealbreaker but would be nice to have.
