Functional Skills Certificate - Disappointed
I have enrolled in a Functional Skills Level 2 course. The online platform is good and the videos were informative. However, there were many other problems. Firstly, I was not informed I will have additional money to have the certificate. Secondly, I was not informed it will take so long to receive the certificate (over 2 weeks). Finally, the team is not responding. I tried to call them and the line is going to voicemail. Had I know these, I would have chosen a different provider.

This course is very well structured
This course is very well structured and designed around the needs of people who may not have many hours available to attend face-to-face classes while continuing to develop their knowledge and skills.
Each lesson is clearly explained and easy to understand, even if English is not your first language. One of the great advantages is that you can repeat the lessons as many times as you need until you fully understand each concept or operation.
I would 100% recommend this course to anyone who does not have enough time to attend face-to-face classes but still wants to continue developing their English and maths skills. It is flexible, easy to follow and very helpful.
