Just completed a First Aid at Work Course with Training Express online. It was very comprehensive and well presented. It had very good questions to complete after each module.

The website is easy and straight forward no issues there. but in regard to actually getting your certificate and transcript there seems to be issues, I completed a level 3 food hygiene course, paid and a minute later got the email saying error with certificate and transcript, and there "live chat" doesn't work when you need help getting it fixed, and they seem to not able to read emails, as I'm still waiting for this issue to be rectified and put right! its almost been 48 hours and not even had a email to confirm that they have had the email.
hopefully they will see this and maybe if I'm lucky they will reply and fit this.

I found it the leadership and…
I found it the leadership and management interpersonal skills very useful and fair.
I also found that it lacks enough interactive questions or videos to test the person's knowledge. I just found the course may not test and let you memorise everything but a great way to learn on the foundation of leadership and management.

I find after doing many other elearning…
I find after doing many other elearning courses that i am struggling to navigate training express.
I have found that when i pause or have a break from the training it takes me back to the beginning of the course which is not helpful,
i have had to call for support a couple of times .
The person has been very helpful .
