Fake - robbing - do not order
Paid £175 for a pair of fake trainers that feel fake and actually look different from the shop!! Tried several times to request a refund with no luck…dealing with customer service over text message. The website states you can have a refund if you are unsatisfied but it seems that’s also a lie! Do not order from these..lesson learnt check website reviews before ordering!!

If you do manage to get a refund then please tell me how you do it too? The returns link on the website Doesn’t even work so if you wanted to get a refund/exhange forget about it.

I brought a pair of Jordan’s for my Grandson’s15th birthday, they were 5 days late and he thought I’d been scammed :-) they turned up like I said they would and when he unwrap them all he could say was WOW and is already looking for a pair for Christmas so we will definitely be shopping here again.
