Shocking customer service ie NONE AT ALL
I have been waiting nearly 3 weeks for the trainers and still a no show. Tracking number still says waiting for dispatch from company. I have emailed several times. Phoned no reply to 2 numbers. I have asked for a full refund. Wont hold my breathe will be getting trading standards involved.

I ordered a Pair of Nike Vapormax Evo…
I ordered a Pair of Nike Vapormax Evo NRG from them, Only to Receive an Obvious COUNTERFEIT (Badly made Fake), Contacted them via the Website Chat & Email only to get told they're Not Fake at First; After extensive Back & Forth with them they finally Agreed that they were Counterfeit & said that I'd be Refunded for them: As long as I agreed to Return them(Which seems extremely odd), I said that I would, but Over a Month later I'm still being messed around by then😡! I've Reported it to Trading Standards & Nike now because it's absolutely disgusting the lack of Customer Service! The amount of information I've given about the defects on the Trainers is astronomical & can spot from a mile away just how bad they are!! Avoid dealing with Trainers Factory at all cost as you'll only get Robbed & then fobed off when you raise any issues with them!!!

I knew this was too good to be true smh, for anybody reading this review please DO NOT waste your time or money with this Trainer Factory scam they have the worst costumer service in the world and have no communication skills what so ever. Multiple delays, worst customer experience.
In summary, expect multiple delays and one of the worst customer support experiences. Shoes arrived and they seem original. Don't bother emailing or calling they will never respond. Website chat is the only option.
Placed order on 24th May. Was given multiple promises that it would arrive by June 7th as I'd leave the country and wanted to take it with me as a gift. It was apparently 'stuck in customs' despite assurances on the 4th, 5th, 6th of June they would arrive on time!
Order never arrived, contacted 'customer support' and after multiple attempts and endless hours of discussion they've shipped another product which was meant to arrive by June 16th. It didn't.
Was promised a new date June 21st, and a refund if they didn't arrive by then (I have sceenshots of the discussion). Guess what. They didn't arrive on June 21st and finally arrived in a destroyed box. They seem original.
After countless hours trying to get an answer from 'customer support', they promised they'd call me 3 times. Guess what. They didn't. Gave up trying to discuss this with them and when I told them I'd leave them a bad review they finally replied to say I blackmailed them! They ignore questions for hours and you have to keep reminding them for an update and wont even answer what you asked.

Well, Mr. George, there is a process called 'trust' the reason for the delay was authentic because the shipment was stuck at customs and you can see that by seeing your older tracking as your older shipment was dispatched from our side you can see that in your tracking and also as a compensation, we gave you another shoe and new tracking for your shipment and it was received by you, as far as the delay is concerned its royal mail issue both of the shipment was dispatched by us and it is clearly stated in our policy that it would take 12-15 business days after dispatch of the shipment to be delivered, and covid19 has stuck us also very badly you should understand that we are on short staff and we are trying to handle it to provide you with the best quality shoes.

Efficient service provided, new trainers were delivered in approx. 1 week.

All genuine second pair ordered you need to wait for delivery first pair took just over a week second pair turned up just over two weeks. All turned up fine and verified as genuine. Would definitely recommend.
