Been trading with Tradesyncer for a while now, even if sometimes is not 100% precise I love the opportunity to copy trade and be able to trade on trading view at the same time. The customer service il quick and works 24h.

Aisha was extremely helpful and courteous. My problem was solved in no time and I was back to trading without any issue. I'd highly recommend Aisha for her professionalism and prompt attention to detail. I love tradesyncer and will recommend it to other traders in the future.

cloud base its hang and don't copy some trade lost some of my account and it expensive

Thank you Alisha at customer service for helping remember to add the contract I was currently tradeing so that it copies. Im used to copy trading mnq and not mesm2026 so I thought it was a tradesyncer error but it was a human error. Your speed of resolution was helpful.

in general this software works
it just loses the connections often
I am missing a lot of profits because of that
before every NY session I have to renew the connections
that is not comfortable
it happened several times after the first time the
support even did not answer ny more
I will use it for a few days until I find another solution

TradeSyncer was a little overwhelming at first and I didn't realize I needed to add a contract like NQ first before copying would work. But once I got past that, it's been awesome. I have all my firms connected, created one group for each firm, and I take a couple trades on each group each day if there are enough setups. Love the optional loss limit/lockout and the copying is accurate. I wish I didn't have to delete and recreate connections just to refresh my account list when a new account is added, but maybe they will update that in the future. Loving TradeSyncer so far.

TOTAL GARBAGE. I CANT TELL YOU HOW MANY TIMES THEIR SW SCREWED ME by not closing trades (at all), slippage, etc. They cost me thousands in profits and hard costs (prop firm fees). And customer service? A Joke. If you’re lucky you’ll get yelled at by someone on Discord.

No surprise to me they got busted for fake reviews here.

Trade copying is pretty challenging. I'm grateful Tradesyncer exists and excels at it! Otherwise, I would not be able to trade through the web over 20 accounts.

Best copier inworld highly accurate and100% indtat support goat of copier industry

Though it's a work in progress, still beats the competition. Rithmic and Tradovate connections work very smoothly and reliably with each other while copying. copying between dx feed and others is where i noticed some occasional issues. They actively take feedback and improve.

I was back and forth the night before with another person on the issue and picked up where we left off in the morning. Enny diagnosed my problem right away with a one sentence answer. Gold switched from June to August contracts and I didn't have the new ticker in tradesyncer. So relieved because I had been missing thousands of dollars on trades. Thank you Enny.
