Great tool to sync your accounts through multiple connections. Great costumer service too.

Had an issue with the copy trading but i was able to get in touch with Enny who was able to walk me through the steps to resolve the issue! 10/10

Alisha made the process of figuring out my problem easy. It was fixed in less than 2 minutes!

The agent Kalle came in and swiftly fixed my issue. Initially, I had a frustrating encounter with the first human agent I was connected with. I waited a little over 20 minutes for a response after being directed to send screenshots. After sending follow up messages I was told that my ticket would be escalated and to "Kindly exercise patience..." I then informed that agent that clear communication would eliminate encounters where that type of statement would be warranted. A simple, "Thank you for sending that over. Hold please while I look further into this" would've sufficed. That way I wouldn't have felt like I was left in limbo and questioning if my issue would be resolved. But overall I thank Kalle for being not only swift, but also polite with her correspondences. When her message came through, I was trying to figure out how to deactivate my account.

Definitely not a reliable Trade Copier. one day working, then two days opening opposite positions and different quantity in the other accounts. Definitely not reliable, and every time you contact customer service they ask you to download all the trades from all the accounts and send it to them so they can invesitagte it. Made me blew many accounts and flagged as hedging few times because they open different positions in the follower accounts than the leader account. Also sometimes you close the position in the leader account and it doesnt close in the other accounts untill accounts are blown. I definitely dont recomment it to anyone. Do you research and definitely you can find something better. I would give 3 out of 10.

I was a bit lost finding exactly what contract to connect, and it just took me 10 min to contact support and get a solution on the issue and it worked perfectly.

Rep Alisha was honestly super helpful and fixed my issue really fast after I’d been trying to figure it out for a while. She knew exactly what the problem was, explained it clearly, and got everything working within minutes. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and way better than most support chats I’ve dealt with, so huge thanks to her and the Tradesyncer team.

I had a great experience with a rep, Enny. I was on edge about a trade that appeared to still be live, but she assured me the system would update and confirmed that I was flat and didn't have any open orders. This was at 4am NY time. I didn't realize I could get the assistance I needed. That's a great feeling knowing the help is there if needed. Overall a great experience with the software and top customer service from Enny.

So far everything is great about the platform. As long as you learn how to use it (it's not hard) you'll love this. Service is great as well!
