I did the 1 week plumbing course.

The staff, facilities, course content and overall training experience were excellent. I have picked up lots of practical and useful skills. A great wee company.

Great course, very knowledgeable, and willing to cater the course to my individual needs. Hope to go back next year for further training.

Lots of good information and practical experience crammed in to the one week course.

I did a 4 week tiling course at Trades Training School with plans to begin a new career in tiling. The training areas are very well equipped with an amazingly supportive team. We learned so much in such a short space of time. Another huge bonus is being part of the community of tilers who have passed through the school who share their progress, ask questions and generally support each other. I highly recommend this course for anyone looking to enter the trades.

I was made welcome from day one. A very relaxed friendly atmosphere. The content of the course was extensive and the one to one tuition was excellent from Ant, Immy and Matty. Jayne in front office also a happy face and so helpful. I left the course with the confidence to go and tackle jobs in a field totally different to what I have been in previously. I cannot give these guys enough praise. They proved you can teach an old dog new tricks. Age is a number not a barrier in life.

I signed up the 2-week City and Guilds Plastering course and from the initial enquiry, right through to the completion of the course the Trades Training School have been exceptional in every aspect.

The communication with Jane was always prompt, helpful and reassured me before I even joined. But the course itself was amazing. Our instructor James was absolutely superb. Everything was explained and demonstrated really well and you couldn't fail but to pick it up quickly. He guided us through all aspects of plastering with practical sessions and shared experiences from the real world.

The rest of the instructors on other courses were friendly and there is just a very positive and welcoming atmosphere in the whole place. Overall I feel very confident to get out there with my trowel and it's all thanks to the School.

Gave me the core skills and clarity for what I was looking for in a plumbing course (as a handyman). Covered essentials and broadened my understanding and capabilities. Teachers are very helpful and skilled to answer all queries. Looking forward to booking more skills training there in tiling and plasterwork

Recently completed the city and guilds plumbing diploma. All the team from Jane in the office to Ewen and Iain the instructions were fantastic. Took their time explaining everything. Would highly recommend and will be back to complete more courses.

When I made the call to book my course, the staff were brilliant with me and very helpful, I even received a call 2 weeks before my start date to see if I wanted to start earlier due to a cancellation. The lecturers have been excellent and I have found it’s a very well run organisation and I have learned exactly what I thought I would and more! Would highly recommend this school as it offers a variety of skills/trades to learn.

Thank you to brilliant tutor Ewen McCrindle, Antony, Jane and the whole team at the Trades Training School for an excellent 1 week course in plumbing. Ewen passed on a vast amount of information in an expert and patient way, and all at the TTS were a pleasure to work with. The only thing I am wondering is, where is Matty's Commonwealth Games medal going to be hung up, without damaging the tiles ...

I joined the Trades Training School in January this year. I completed the 6 weeks tiling diploma, 2 weeks plastering and 2 weeks plumbing courses with the view to starting my own business following a career change. I can’t rate this place highly enough, the knowledge of the trainers and the self contained facility make it an ideal learning environment for anyone of any ability. The courses are structured to allow you to gain hands on experience from day one, backed up with lectures on key topics. The support network after leaving is also second to none. I am currently in my 3rd month of self employment and I am loving every minute!!!

TTS is a place to acquire life transforming knowledge, with competent, experienced professionals, they are friendly people with lovely smile and warm welcome.
Having finished training, I'm connected straight away with experience guys in the field. Guys with TTS you are not left alone, they will not let you down.
I wish to be there again as soon as I have opportunity for more.
I will surely recommend TRADE TRAINING SCHOOL, managed by Anthony to anyone who wants to go into trade business.

The plumbing course was a very interesting course with two great lecturers
I would recommend this course to anyone from total novice to some knowledge in the trade

The set up is great and hands on, I only done a week course and they tailored it to exactly what I needed to get the best out of my time there. I will return and do another 1 or 2 week course on the tiling.
Good teaching methods, no tools required and after you leave they are still happy to help

Had a great time learning new skills and tricks and tips,and was a good insight into the plastering world,and the course instructor was brand new,answered all questions gave me good advise and I felt totally at ease with all the stuff I was doing really chilled

From start to finish, I cannot recommend trades training school highly enough! All staff and instructors are friendly, welcoming and always willing to answer any questions.

I completed the 1 week plastering course and thoroughly enjoyed it.

As no more than a keen diy'er, I was unsure what to expect. The way the course was delivered meant that I was able to gain plenty of hands on experience with a professional providing constant guidance and instruction throughout.

I left after only one week, feeling quite confident that I now possess the basic skills required - thanks to Ant, James and trades training school!
