Out of the merchants I only choose Williams. They always go out of there way to get you what you need. I like how 90% of stock is pick or mix style not having to await staff to get things for you. When you can see things you can pick up things you may of forgotten is this wasnt the case. The delivery I’m I’m stuck and the driver is free they’ll send as little as a pack of rad valves to me, the same day, even the point of a decent size coffee not a vending machine 1 gulp and gone, a decent size goes along way, the fact they only serve the trade helps with keeping waiting times down at the till, Williams being luton is a massive benefit to me, I don’t dread going to the suppliers when I do go there, and I’ll only go elsewhere where in a emergency, when Williams have gone above and beyond but still are unable to assist, of which rarely ever happens. I hope Williams luton is here to stay because my next nearest branch is to far away to commute to the amount of time I visit.

Always a pleasure seeing the team and they are always ready to serve you and parts are always available

Used this company in Christchurch for the first time. Having been in the building trade for 40 years I’ve never met a more professional and personable company. Extremely helpful with purchase and the delivery driver was equally helpful. 10/10

The Luton branch is very good, Customer service is perfect everytime, the team is helpful. Not only that...

Delivery driver always on-time and extremely helpful which is also good.

The staff are always on hand to help you aswell.

Always really helpful. On the rare occasion that they don’t have it, they will get it for you as quick as I can.

Always happy at Williams, very competitive prices and nothing ever seems too much trouble from the team at the Oxford branch 👍🏻

I have been a customer of Tradeonly for over 15 years and have always found the staff to be friendly, helpful and efficient. I have used many branches but am a regular at both Gosport and Fareham and have nothing but praise for the staff at both outlets. Many of them have become friends over the years and have gone above and beyond to ensure my needs are met as a customer. Highly recommend!

Friendly, helpful, competitive deals.

Excellent as always.
All the staff are friendly and helpful.
Faultless service and great atmosphere.
Highly recommended.

I just started using the Williams Slough Branch recently. The staff here are awesome, and James Missen provided exceptional service !

I've used this company for a long time now. I find the service in my local branch to be really good. Staff are helpful and have a good product knowledge. Branch has a good stock supply and can get most stuff pretty quickly if not in branch.
