The part did not come with the appropriate screw and claps. Can't be installed without those componets.

I don't understand but got what I needed.
Quick shipping and plenty of emails on order status. I really don't understand how the parts move through the system. A Toyota Dealer 11 miles away has online ordering and I was going to pick up the parts as shipping costs were high. The Local Dealer said the parts were not available. Yet labels on the boxes had the Dealer's address on them....go figure.

The o-ring size was incorrect
The o-ring size was incorrect. I ordered according to your parts breakdown. I needed the o-ring that goes from the flexible discharge hose to the filling that goes to the condenser inlet. Not going to bother returning it. Luckily I had an o-ring kit though it’s made of the wrong material and will eventually leak.

Part came damage
Part came damage. Had such difficulty getting all my money back. Had to do a charge back on my credit card. Too much back and fourth with them and they didn't even give me all my money back.
