Toyforall Arvostelua 

Like others I got conned into joining toyforall. I was alerted to it being something different to what I believed I was getting when payment confirmation was asked by 2 different companies! I did not confirm the one for toyforall but it seems the payment to them went through anyway.
OK it's was only £1.72 (2€) but it's the principle, and many 1.72's add up if not claimed back.
I went on the online chat, and eventually, after saying I would open a case with my credit card company did get a refund agreed and cancellation of the subscription.
I missed the terms and conditions so next time I'll check!

scammers. Illegally took multiple payments from my bank account. Have reported them to the Police and the Bank. Beware!

Update, responded as below, funny they have had no problem taking money for an account I don't have!!!!!!

Updated Review. I cannot review the products from Toyforall.com, but I can review positively on the experience of dealing with the customer service team. I recieved an email claiming to be a Shein survey, answer 8 questions then offered a mystery box where you pay £2 for delivery. This instead setup me up with a Toyforall subscription without my knowledge. After cancelling this with the chat team (following 2 payments taken from my card), I completed a review. The support team reached out within hours, I provided all the details necessary where they took the time to investigate and begin the refund procedure. They clearly are keen to resolve issues. Great level of customer service. Thank you.

Beware, they are scammers. You think you bought an article but it's a membership and every couple of days they charge your credit card without asking, but you receive nothing. Even if you complain and resign, they pretend it's all legal and refuse refund. I had to report fraud to my bank.
Addendum: Only a few hours after my reporting fraud to my bank toyforall sends me 3 emails and a txt msg saying that I missunderstood their business procedures, accepted my cancellation and offer a refund if I change my review and give 4 or 5 stars. I mean, are you serious, guys??? All I have to say here is: Too late, guys, you had your chance.

This was a refund from December?? Email states to give a 5 star review to receive my refund 5 months later!! Do I not get the refund if I don’t give 5 stars? We will see

Had 3 payments taken from my debit card and I didn't realise I'd ever signed up for anything. They did cancel when challenged, but odd I'd never even heard of them.
I have since raised a fraud claim with my bank and had all payments returned.

Now they are trying to locate my account when it has been cancelled 🙄

Pure scam. They charge your credit card without asking and then they say you accepted their terms and conditions. Stay away ...

Dopo aver scritto e contestato al servizionclienti il metodo di adesione fuorviante e non chiaramente indicato , la società Toyforall ha voluto dimostrare la propria correttezza rimborsandomi totalmente gli importi che non avevo formalmente visionato e autorizzato.
Detto questo, sarebbe bene che venga spiegato bene come funziona questa piattaforma di acquisto on line.

Da Instagram si proponevano con un offerta per accessori nel settore animali da compagnia. La conferma d'ordine diceva 9,90 poi mi hanno addebitato successivamente nell'arco di 2 settimane altri 2 importi da 30,90. Dal momento che li Ho contattati (e non prima) mi é arrivata una mail che mi diceva che mi ero iscritta al loro sito sottoscrivendo l'abbonamento comunicandomi l'importo che avevo a credito. Mi sono subito attivata per annullare questa adesione ma nel frattempo mi hanno addebitato circa 72€ senza ricevere nulla. Uno pensa di fare un acquisto e invece scatta un abbonamento che all'atto dell'ordine non viene nemmeno menzionato. Creano pure profili falsi che commentano il sito. Truffatori per i quali nessuno prende provvedimenti 😡. Ora dovrò fare la procedura del blocco degli addebiti col gestore della mia carta ma per sicurezza sarò costretta ad annullarla e rifarla. Avevo già fatto altre volte acquisti ma non mi era mai successa una cosa del genere.

Fate attenzione ⚠️. È una truffa. Io mi sono ritrovato iscritto e con un addebito di 51 euro sul conto. Ho dovuto bloccare il bancomat.

Questo profilo l'ho scoperto tramite un'inserzione su tik tok , che mi chiedeva di rispondere ad un questionario di sephora per poi ricevere un pacco con campioni di profumi omaggio, ho pagato 2€ per la spedizione e mi sono trovata iscritta al loro negozio!! Successivamente dopo circa una settimana ho trovato altri addebiti sul conto per arrivare ad un totale di 40€ con addebiti che arrivavano da tre conti differenti , ho dovuto procedere con una denuncia e bloccando la carta !
