Wish I was informed earlier that this is a subscription service. I dont sign up for those at all. A big thank you to the customer support team for getting back to me promptly

I found this site while searching for prices to download a book.
It advertised this as “free”. So I went through the procedure and it then wanted me to join for €2.
I went ahead with this and it then automatically wanted to deduct €9.95 for the book download.
I refused this and emailed them to cancel and a refund of the €2 - this was after trying to chat online where each time I wrote my message the reply came from “another agent” and started again.
I have had an email reply that they don’t give refunds but in this special circumstance they will refund the €2 if I give a “5* review on Trustpilot”. When I refused they changed my monthly subscription to €6.95!!! I blocked them at my bank.

Beware everyone this is a scam!!!!!!

According to Toybox, I signed up with them the 23rd December, they took a non refundable 2USD from my account. I then queried what ToyBox is and immediately asked for a cancellation, today further R135 was taken from my account, for what? I dont know!
