We went to Disneyland Paris for our honeymoon, it was so magical!! The kids absolutely loved it and we’ve booked to go next year same time and though Roy!! Carnt wait till Feb 2026

From start to finish I had excellent customer service with Roy.He was very polite, patient, informative & gave me great reassurance with my booking.
He answered all of my questions and queries that I had with the booking of my March 2027 - 5 destination holiday.
He also gave me the best price that he possibly could.

From the moment we contacted Tourhelp we knew we were in the very capable hands if Micheal Herdman. His knowledge and patience throughout the booking was extremely professional and communication went above and beyond our expectations. I have used many tour operators in the past but I can honestly say that Micheal has put my faith back in human kindness. I’ve booked a holiday to Thailand with Allen. The communication has been very good. I felt nervous booking through a company I didn’t know but Allen has always answered my questions in a timely manner and put my mind at rest. I haven’t had this holiday yet hence the 4 stars and not 5. If the holiday goes as smoothly this will change to a 5 and I will be booking my next trip through Allen

Booked 60th Birthday in ICELAND..
Ryan went above and beyond to help book this amazing trip to see the lights and blue lagoon. Very prompt at replying to any questions I had. We are going in November 2025 and looking forward to it.

Booked a Thailand holiday I had seen advertised on Facebook, after enquiring I chatted to Ryan via WhatsApp. Answered all my questions changed a hotel that wasn’t to my liking for a better one and was very helpful.i will defiantly be back

I made enquiries about a holiday I had seen advertised on Facebook, It looked a amazing deal so enquired about availability and cost of same. The deal was really good. Ryan assisted through out the process, giving links to the hotels which were included in the deal and overall price which was very good.

I was able to book holiday with no issues for the dates I requested. Options were avaliable to pay in full or by direct debit over the next year.

Ryan was helpful throughout the process and kept me updated during the whole process.
