Totally Wicked USA  Arvostelua

I have been a customer with totally wicked for over 8 years and I used to be able to count on second to none customer service
I no longer feel that is true
I called last week and told the woman that I really needed my order ASAP she promised me she would walk it out to the warehouse to be mailed today (this kind of request is what used to set them apart)
Not only did my item not ship usps priority so I got it within 2 or 3 days
They sent it fed ex ground and did not even print a label until the following day and fed ex takes is the slowest shipping they use
Now today the tracking does not even have a delivery estimation and it’s the 5 th day already
I used to order 100% of my vape gear from them now not so much

Greate selections made it very easy for me. Will definitly continue to purchase from here.

Good selection and prices and fast delivery

Your service rocks! Thank you for the great customer service!!

Easy ordering, great selection, extremely fast shipping, and great products/prices.

Always get fast delivery, packaged well.

They are the only company I buy from for the last 6 years. Vapor is wonderful.I personally on use the curve vt40.

The item arrived on time, as described, and at a reasonable price. Can't get any better than that!

Quick easy ordering and the shipping was fast.

The website is easy to navigate and the product is delivered very quickly. Highly recommend.

Always quality products, Great prices and fast shipping. A++++++

It was easy to find what I needed. It was also easy to check out. I am finding their products to be much more than just satisfactory when compared to other stores on-line and in stores AND the price is right. Plus... I got my order quickly!! JHILL

This is absolutely the best place! I am a member on their Facebook page and I have learned so much about Vaping from them! More then I have learned in the last 3 years of searching for information! The are so informative and extremely friendly. Also willing and able to help anyone and answer all questions ever asked!

Great products, great service and fast shipping!

I have not once had a bad experience or questionable product, and Totally Wicked’s values promote common sense in a crazy world.

Awesome company and continue to use totally wicked exclusively. Great customer service and great products. I buy all of my supplies from them. The batteries are high quality cells, the mods are robust and keep working no matter how many times I have dropped it getting out of my truck. The tanks are just as robust and sturdy. I have yet to break a tank. The coils hold up well. I usually buy one flavor of liquid and it tastes great, no matter what “brand” I purchase.

Know matter if I go into my local store or shop online I always get top notch services. My local store...honestly I am in and out with my juice and coils in 90 seconds or less....you can't even get fast food that fast.
