Totally Wicked USA  Arvostelua

Wicked service (in a good way)! I've been a customer since 2011 and I have never been disappointed not even once. From their fast delivery to their customer service. Way to go!

You guys rock! Seriously. I discovered you a while back and have been loyal for years because the flavors are on point, the prices are very low and the quality is top notch every time. Keep doing a great job and I'll be here to support y'all.

Five stars?? it’s not enough for these people. I know they have closed their doors but I still wanted to comment. Outstanding high-grade quality products and unmatched customer service. On average, I placed an order here every 2 to 3 weeks for five years. Not once was there a problem with my order. Never a mistake with the wrong items sent and on the rare chance that I received a defective item, a new one was sent immediately...with an apology. No questions asked, no hassle – nothing (Element Vape...are you listening??).
If you ever attempt another business venture I would be happy to support you.
I miss your company very much.
Thank you for all of the years of delivering quality products and dedicated service.

I had NEVER, in my 45 years of life, had a relationship with a company that takes such pride in how their customers are treated until I was introduced to TOTALLY WICKED!
It amazed me each time I placed an order, whether online or over the phone, I was always treated like a valued customer and made to feel like I mattered. Their customer service is FLAWLESS.

For years they have been my go to site for DIY flavorings. Great quality, consistency, pricing and value. Shipping is fast and the couple of times I have needed customer service they were polite and helpful. I have enjoyed doing business with them for many years. Would recommend to everyone.

I will say nothing will top these guys in service and product quality. Sad to see they closed. But their legend will live on. I have at least 300 pens haha

Very pleased with the products and the speed and ease of ordering and receiving the products. Thank You

the best of the best. Bought from them for 10 years.

Nice selection of products. Very informative about the legal and production concerns of customers. Exceptional descriptions of technology and production standards. Can and have recommended this site to friends.

Quick to ship. And products are A-1. Customer service is the best

Excellent equipment, great flavored liquids, good variety of strengths, and good pricing. What more could one ask?

One of the best online vape shops I’ve dealt with! Not only was the product on point, the shipping was top speed! You can’t go wrong with Totally Wicked!

Sad to see stores closing. Their staff was well trained, courteous, always in a good mood. Fun place to go.

I shopped in their store in Bradenton Fl since there inception. I moved to Colorado and ordered from the web site the service was as great as always. I feel they are like a trusted old friend. Thank you for 10 yrs of great service, products and advise.

I really liked to order stock from your company. I started with you around five years ago and have not smoked a cigarette since (after 35 years a smoker). I am really sorry that you will no longer operate in the U.S. I hope the new place will work out for me since I have only used Red Label e-liquid.

Best liquid ever

I love ordering on line with this company. They ship my order so fast. They make it so easy.

The gx2/4 has a battery box issue that I knew of previously. Easy fix. Love it. Wicked shipped my product quick. Great company. Will buy again from them.
