Wicked service (in a good way)! I've been a customer since 2011 and I have never been disappointed not even once. From their fast delivery to their customer service. Way to go!

Hello and welcome to Totally Wicked (TW). At the heart of our business is our customers. Without you, we have no business. While all businesses will be equally as effusive about the importance of their customers, the delivery on this intent often fails to live up to the expectation this focus suggests.

Unfortunate goodbye

It’s been great doing business with Totally Wicked unfortunately I’m told they’re getting out of the US market.

Hi

Thank you for the kind words and you are correct that we are closing the US website down. However, you will still be able to buy your e-liquid and accessories online from The Electric Tobacconist who will be our official distributor in the US . They are already stocking our Titan e-liquid and more will be available very shortly. Naturally, while we still have stock or the end of the month you can buy at TotallyWicked.com
