Attention site d’arnaque. J’ai commande en juillet deux superbes objets en bois flotte peint. Un poisson et une hyppocampe. Ce que je viens de recevoir mi septembre envoye de Chine deux bout de contreplaque avev une image peinte contrecokle dessus. Epaisseur annonce du bous flotte 4cm
Eoaisseur du contreplaque brut au vetdo 3/4 mm
Escrowuerie averee. Les images du sute sont tres belles, on peut vout que c’est du bois flotte, mais l’ovjet recu n’en est pas.

I ordered a ‘set of 3 crystal glasses with Kraken motifs’ and paid for express shipping. I kept chasing them and after 32 days I received one extremely cheap quality glass with a lop sided sticker on it! Customer services refuse to give me a refund and despite me sending a copy of their advert detailing exactly what I ordered they say I ordered one glass. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered a set of glasses which I was only sent x2 and of which were just a sticker on outside of glass which wasnt even put on properly,add shows a set of different glasses with a raised design-ends up a cheap glass which I ended paying alot of money for and customer support is way to slow on only once getting back with a option of a $10 dollar disount-will never entertain using again

I ordered a highland cow and a flamingo salt and pepper holder, which included the salt and pepper pots. I ordered 2 as price was less for ordering 2 but they charged me full price, I contacted them and they said they would refund the difference, but the haven’t.
When order arrived I got 2 highland cows, no flamingo, and salt and pepper shakers were missing. The quality was not very good, I was very disappointed.
I contacted them as per the T’s & C’s to request a return and full refund. They replied and offered me a 15% refund as they did want to pay to have them back.
I declined the offer and asked for a full refund. I have not had any reply since and no refund received.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY THEY DRAG OUT INFORMATION. STILL WAITING FOR EXPLANATION OF PURCHASE

Ordered the Vietnam Helicopter Decanter on July 14th. On August 14th I wrote Torzly of no receipt. They wrote back that it was the shippers fault. They said we will re-send and gave me a USPS tracking number. USPS stated it was invalid and was counterfeit postage. I received a refund from Mastercard.

Worst customer service .completley not what is advertised is sent .half my package was missing and the bottle sent is defentley not what you see in advert.

My wife warned me about these Chinese soldiers products! Well I finally got a real good scam. Ordered the “what appears “ to be an octopus made of wood and what I got was a cardboard picture of it! Omg! I’m pissed with no recourse!

This is nothing but a scam. What they show in pictures is not even the size you get, plus it takes forever for it get to you and they claim to use this "unknown transportation service" that told me when I last tracked my package that it was delivered to my house on a certain date and when I looked around my house in the front and side porch there was no package. I looked on my cameras, no one came to my house that day. When I contacted them they said I would have to contact the delievery service, well, guess what, you can not because there is no website to go too after you look up the tracking number. Needless to say, I got my package 7 days later after they said they supposedly delievered it my house. Terrible company, nothing but scammers

I ordered a country heart shaped wall hanging which cost me $65 .
What a waste of money, nothing like the photo you depicted in your add
It is a bit of flimsy wood with a few twigs around it.
It looks like something you could buy in a $ store, actually their products are better.
Unable to contact as it comes up as a scam and warning.
How I wish I had seen these reviews before wasting my money
I have reported this "company" and hopefully something is done about them
Never again will I purchase from this company.
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

Absolutley discusted at this company. I brought a tripple goddess Hecate wall lamp which looked beautiful and large in the picture, however what eventually arrived was a tiny piece of utter rubbish not even worth a fiver. A. I. SCAM IMAGES ARE USED...I will NEVER BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS AGAIN... Total waste of money for a very misleading product fit only for the rubbish bin.. No star rating should be an option...

Ordered from Torzly and it was a scam. I paid $44 for a solar outdoor guitar for my yard since my boyfriend is a musician. I received a plastic 2” piece of crap. Not what the picture looked like at all.

Scam. Do not buy. I bought a wall decoration fish that is shown on their site as being made from actual driftwood. What I received is a photo of that fish printed onto a thing piece of wood. It’s cheap and nasty and not at all what was advertised. I have sent an email asking for a refund but no doubt that will

I ordered drinking glasses with 3D animals (an octopus and a turtle) on them. It took weeks to arrive and when I opened them, they were crap glasses with 2D stickers on them. The cost was $79 Australian but the shit they sent would be worth $5 max. They've offered me $10 compensation. Don't buy from them.

Ordered one product and arrived ok, much smaller than advertised. The second item advertised as "Lighted Burlap Pumpkin Wreath". Item took over a month to arrive compared to first item that came in two weeks

Was cardboard, about 12" in diameter max., broken, lights are cheap little string of led tie lights that don't work and have to be strung by customer.

Made numerous attempts to contact company have been never answered even when inquiring about order status since no updates were ever provided. Will just dispute charge for over $40.

I purchased a highland cow decanter , which was nothing like the one advertised. It was half the size and had a cork top which didnt even fit. There was no tracking information and when it arrived it came in a brown cardboard box. I have tried to contact them but it is hopeless, this is a complete con , DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I can say goodbye to my £37 spent on a piece of rubbish.
