I ordered Yacon seeds. Paid $16.50. I received shipping notices all the time. When I got the package I thought it was really small. They sent me baby in bloom flower seeds. I requested a refund on September 11th. Have not heard back. Tried to post a review to Shop. They also have ghosted me. Do not buy from this company.

I did not receive what I ordered and have tried to communicate with the company at least three times and have received no response. Therefore their customer service is nonexistent as far as I am concerned. Do not do business with this company! They claim to guarantee their products but don’t respond when notified of a problem!

I order six bulbs , get still nothing looks a like Chinese SCAM

On June 18 2026, I placed two orders with GardenerStar for Iris rhizomes. Order number 70251 ( tracking number XSECN2600618193YQ ) was received. The second order I also made on the same day is Order number 70221 ( XSECN2600618108YQ ) was for eleven Iris rhizomes. This order for $70.00 has not been received to date. I have tracked the progress several times with the shipment pending, later in transit and the last time the tracking information stated it was delivered. The shipping address to me was the same on both orders. I did receive information from what appears to be a Chinese vendor concerning the orders status and I have provided below the information in their correspondence.

Please find out what happened to my order. I would like to receive this order or have a refund.

My order took 6 weeks to arrive. When it did arrive, I believe they sent the wrong item. I don’t know for sure because they never responded to my email about the item I received. I have tried emailing them several times with no response. I cannot even request a refund! The item they sent also started growing mildew. I emailed them about that and still no response! Ugh! They are horrible!!

absolutely a scam. tiny tiny bulbs, unknown variety, rotted and wet when received. no response from seller. they are cheaters of the first order!

Product destroyed by biosecurity. SCAM....dont buy anything.

Order 6 multi-colored Tuberose Bulbs on July 4th, and product not delivered by July 26th. Sent several email messages to their customer service department for an update, and they do not respond. Their “tracking” system requires you to register with their “tracking service” - which I refuse to do. They confirmed receipt of my order on July 4th, but to date, no product and no updates. Other customers have shared similar issues with this merchant. Not worth your time or your money. Shop elsewhere!

The product I got was not the plants that I ordered. I have tried several times to contact them and I get no response. I would not buy anything from them.

This doesn’t even deserve one star; its a scam, the seeds are delivered very late & i read up on the seedsi purchase ( thankfully only spent $27) with what didnt happen i should be reimbursed for this! I planted 6 seeds in a small planter box made for planting seeds, i planted them in miracle grow soil, only one broke thru the dirt & grew( was getting excited that this was real!) but never produced flowers like the pictures that are not real at least not w/these seeds!

Horrible company if it is a company at all. No customer service. Waited way too long to get bulbs I don't even know what they are. NO description. I've emailed many times to no avail. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. A SCAM.

Ordered in the beginning of June and still no arrival by July 21st. Contacted them for info and no reply. Looked up the delivery and is coming from China. Don’t expect delivery, scam

contacted them but it appears that The address "30 N. Gould St. Ste. R, Sheridan, WY 82801" is widely known as a headquarters for shell companies and online scams.

so save your money and go shop somewhere else

I placed an order 3 weeks ago. I cannot track it. It has been lost. I have emailed this company several times and want refunded. They are ignoring me and not sending back information. My next step is to go to my credit card and cancel the order. It is a hassle but I didn't receive the product. I would be weary of ordering from these people

Bought seeds I thought would ship from US but shipped from China. They are not species I ordered and arrived in questionable packaging. I don't know what these are. I attempted to contact the company several times and am ignored. Scammer ripoff company!

I ordered 2 Stephania Erecta bulbs from them on 2/8/2026. They arrived on 2/19/2026 with no instructions.
They budded on 6/17/2026 and I reached out to Gardenerstar to let them know that these did not appear to be the correct item.
On 6/19/2026 I reached out to them again requesting either the correct plants or a refund.
I have never received a response.

My plant identifier has noted that these bulbs are common gladioli!

I ordered a Red Rattan Stephania Erecta plant, expecting to get something that looked like the advertisement as to the size of the bulb. What I received was at most 3/4 inch bulb . No indication as to the sender, planting instruction, or even an indication as to
what plant I got.

Never received anything. Company is fraudulent. Do not purchase fron this company. I hope this helps others.

Never received order going back to February

This website is a total fraud. Bought grass seed from them got two small bags of nothing. Less than an oz of something unknown.
