2Stars - Be Careful About their Customization
The company has a customizable sign listing that does not clarify that the location on the sign cannot be left off. It has to say "Big Egret Lake,MO" while the sign actually talks about "river life" and not “lake life”. The business did not offer to edit their product description for the next buyer or provide any assistance with my order.
7-21-2023 By the way, the store did not send me a replacement so that is 100% deceitful. They said they were sorry but the sign has to read "Big Egret Lake, MO". Again, all they need to do for other customers is make it clear that this part of the sign is not customizable.

Perfect personalized memorial gift
I loved the finished product. It came just as I ordered it and it was professionally done. The only drawback was that there were no instructions on how to hang it. It came with some hardware that I was not familiar with and I didn't know what to do with it.

I am embarrassed
I am embarrassed. I ordered something for my friend and her husband who lost their only child. I hated asking, but had no choice asking if they received it. This company is stringing me along and this was ordered well over a month ago. This is insane. I’m contacting this company on a daily basis now. I hope my friend knows I’m sincere. It’s hard enough, as a friend living this sadness for them. This company even went, as far as giving me a delivery date. What a disgrace.

The rug is awesome, great quality and very well made. We love it!
The only reason for 4 stars is it took over a month to receive it! I knew going in that it should be 8-12 business days before it shipped but then it seemed to take forever just to get here.

THEY WILL LIE TO YOU TO STRING YOU ALONG
I ordered my rug on May 12th it is now almost a month and it has not been sent to the post office for delivery. They will send you a tracking number to string you along. The post office DOES NOT HAVE THE ITEM. They don't value their customers that support their business based on how they handle things and how treat their customers. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
REPLY TO THEIR RESPONSE:
I have reached out over 20 times and I still don't have my item. How many times would you like for me to send my tracking number as your company does nothing? I never gave a 1-star review in my entire life. I understand how reviews impact, but this is not how you treat people that support your business.
