Great interesting product/excellent service

Customer service is terrible. Autofill got my street address correct but the town wrong. When I discovered it, I emailed (cannot call them as no phone number is ever provided). I was told to call USPS to correct. Sure! They said no, they do not change addresses. They return as undeliverable. You guys said, too bad so sad. We just destroy it (it was NOT personalized) when it gets returned and you still have to pay for it.

UNKNOWINGLY, I GOT ON THE TOP TRENDY GEAR WEBSITE (THEIR BARN SIGN WEBSITES ARE IDENTICAL) AND I UNKNOWINGLY PURCHASED A BARN SIGN FROM TOP TRENDY GEAR. THE BARN SIGN IS INFERIOR TO MY PREVIOUS PURCHASES (SPOTTY, DARK COLORS) AND TOP TRENDY WILL NOT REFUND. DO NOT BUY FROM TOP TRENDY GEAR... TOP TRENDY GEAR PRODUCTS ARE NOT PRODUCED IN THE U.S.A. AND ARE INFERIOR!

Email from one of our customers! Top Trendy Gear infringes on other's artwork then produces knock-offs in China!
Phil, when you said your site moved to Ebay, I should have been more careful. I thought the Top Trendy Gear was your site (your websites look identical). I purchased the sign from Top Trendy Gear, it came from China and the sign is awful. The brightness of your sign outshines their sign 200%. I am trying to return the Top Trendy Sign and it I am successful, I will be purchasing my third barn sign from you! Just thought I would let you know that Top Trendy Gear infringes on your web design. Barbara

Ordered December 14, it is now February 10, 2025 and my order has still not arrived! I’ve asked for a refund and they refuse. I’ve emailed several times and always get the run around from customer service. They do not accept returns and refuse to refund for items that haven’t arrived within 2 months of ordering. An absolute SCAM, do not order from this company!

They went out of their way to customize two smaller pieces for me to give me the one large piece I needed as a top for a screen divider. Order was delivered quickly and it was a beautiful work of art. Very happy with purchase.

Expencive and poor quality

The Boston terrier led sign I purchased was beautiful and perfect. Very well made. Shipping took a little while longer but it was last min at Christmas so I really can’t complain. From my experience I would readily use them again. Thank you.

Too trendy gear is horrible. I bought a Christmas sweater on Dec 4th for a Christmas party I had on the 22nd. I selected economy shipping because it stated it would be delivered in 5-8 business days. Once I completed my purchase, I got an email stating it wouldn’t be delivered for 8-12 business days. Well, it wasn’t delivered until January 9th. 28 business days. I reached out to customer service to return the stupid sweater and they’re telling me no refunds, no returns keep the sweater I have no use for anymore. Just a scam and waste of $60, right down the drain.

Terrible. Item took too long to arrive, came after I needed it. It wasn’t what I wanted. Item looked different in the photo. Customer Service is dragging their feet regarding a return.

The Wisconsin Sports sign that I ordered for my son who is a sports nut for Wisconsin teams really like the metal sign. I’m sure it will be hanging up in his apartment very soon.

Would not issue a refund for a grossly low quality product that didn’t fit.

You are on top of every order and make sure the customer gets what they want

On Dec. 1st, I ordered a purse for a Christmas present. I received an email on 12/17 telling me the order had shipped. On 12/30, the tracking said the order was delivered. However, the order delivered was not what I had ordered! It was 3 pair of matching snowman pajamas! I contacted via the form they provide and haven't had a response yet. After reading other reviews, I don't hold out much hope for a resolution with this company!

SUCH a disappointing experience. Honestly, if you aren’t prepared for the holiday season in 2024 then you just shouldn’t be open. I ordered on Dec. 13 and here I am on Dec. 27 begging for literally ANY update from them with the status of my order that still says “processing”. I received a generic email about the high volumes that they are experiencing. I understand something being delayed around the holiday season but to not communicate with your customer about what is going on is not appreciated.

This is my 2nd review on this item. The day after I sent my 1st review I got a notice that my order was being sent out, this was Dec 19. As of today Dec 24 that item is still sitting in the same place. It has not moved at all. I have also emailed them the first time I got a response that's it would be sent. The second time I got an automated one. Top trendy you can do better.

Terrible quality of product and was not depicted as such in the webpage description or photos. And then, when we requested to return it, they were only going to give a fraction of our money back. Will never use or recommend Top Trendy Gear.

I ordered a Trump bomber jacket Nov. 24. It finally arrived yesterday. A 3-week turnaround...not as advertised. There was no tracking info available. An email to customer service went unanswered. A second email threatening to call my credit card company to cancel finally elicited a response with some tracking info from China. Almost all of these online merchants pad their shipping times with the"shipping label created" dodge...even though the product has yet to be fulfilled...especially from these 3rd World suppliers.

With regard to the product, aside from the zipper being sewn on the opposite side (not a southpaw LOL) the graphics are indeed of excellent quality. I thought the shell would be better insulated, but that's no big deal.

I am not a perfect person, and do not expect perfection in others. However, when a company takes my hard-earned money upfront, and there are issues, communication is paramount. Give it to me straight...good news or bad. I JUST NEED TO KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON.

In closing, I will give you folks another shot because of the item quality. Please do a little better next time.

Order never arrived. Multiple attempts to contact them with no response. Had to file a fraud report to try and get my money back. Horrible experience.
