I couldn't contact toptests so I created a trustpilot review. Sure enough, they got back to me, thanks.
The only trouble was, they told me I was a liar because I said my reciept had no contact details. The one I had and showed them certainly didn't. The one they sent me immediately after their reply to my complaint did. So I wasn't lying, I just didn't get the right one until I complained.
The problem now is that we still don't have access.
The gift subscription was never recieved, yet they tell me it was. Not sure how they know this, but if they can see that email in my wife's inbox, then it'd be good if they could point it out (rather than calling me a liar a second time).
It's not a great way to start any business relationship, so I think their customer service isn't really helpful.
I mean, how is calling me a liar twice, yet still not giving me access of any help?
Would you want to deal with a company who responds in this way.
Oh, and while they say an email is on the site. Yes it is, but they don't ever answer them (to my experience anyway).
Also, they say their phone number is on their about us page. They dont actually declare an about us page on their site, but they do have one called who we are or something like that. It doesn't have any phone number on there that I can see either, just addresses and that email again that is seemingly never answered.
So for me, I feel this is not great. My wife feels it is not to be trusted given our experience and questionable customer support, so buyer beware. I'm not happy.

I am still busy with the programme. It is excellently designed, simple to follow, encouraging and fun.
As a mode of instruction it works well, with opportunities to review wrongly answered questions, and obtain feedback on one's answers.
Moreover, it has successfully taken the driest subject in the world, which everyone thinks they already know (and actually don't) and transforms the material into learnable, assimilable modules.
Highly recommended.

Thank you toptests I passed my car driving theory test and scored 50/50 in multiple choice and 56 for hazards perception.

I did marathon and simulator tests by enrolling for 7 days crash course and lot of questions in actual test were similar and helped to crack in first attempt.

Great collection of tests, made me pass first time. However the questions could be more diverse and it would be nice to simulate the general look of the real test. Would make it easier for the eyes

Bought the premium package the morning of my theory test. Passed with 2 wrong answers on multi choice, and 3 missed points in hazard perception. Highly recommend!

I passed my test - no doubt in part because I practiced and reviewed with this website! The hazard perception tests in particular were helpful, even though they're considerably different from the real ones, which are CGI. I recommend using your phone for the non-exam hazard tests, as it's sometimes frustratingly impossible to click directly on the image of a fast-moving developing hazard with a mouse. About 70% of the theory questions on the real test were also questions on the practice tests on this site - but there were a lot that weren't, so it's still necessary to read the highway code / watch YouTube videos as well / use the DVSA practice materials. Overall, though, a worthwhile purchase.
