I’m not sure why some people say it’s fake or spam, but I can assure you it’s not.

This is a scam. No impressum on the website, requiring dubious additional installations on your computer, license keys cannot be activated regularly through Microsoft and they are pretending to be a legal Microsoft partner with another LLT (completely different name). Be careful!

I purchases 4 Microsoft Office licences (PC) through Groupon France. All codes were activated and installed well. The customer service was very responsive - a speedy reply to my email enquiry about changing the language of the Microsoft office (from English to French). It was easy to follow with screen dumps as a step-by-step guide. Fantastic service - I'm sorry for the other users who had issues, but I would highly recommend!

Yo tuve un problema a la hora de instalar una licencia y me ayudaron amablemente, con mucha paciencia y eso que era totalmente culpa mía. Podían haberme ignorado y me ayudaron incansablemente hasta que conseguí tener el software instalado. No sé si es que di con el mejor de la empresa o es que la gente que critica no pidió ayuda. Yo le agradezco a Jack Harris por su asistencia y recomendaré a todos el mundo que compré en KeyUpNow.

Ik denk dat ik geluk heb gehad of alles gewoon goed gedaan heb maar bij mij werkt alles perfect! Let gewoon goed op via Groupon gekocht kreeg van hun een mail en daarna vrij snel van keyupnow alle instructies gevolgd zoals ALLE office programma's verwijderen en daarna via hun mail office 24 pro gedownload en de productcode werkt gewoon hij is gevalideerd en tijdens het installeren gaf hij aan dat het een bekende uitgever (microsoft) was.
Ik ben blij voor 10 euro!

Zeer makkelijk te bestellen en snelle installatie voor weinig.

J’ai acheté une licence Microsoft par l’intermédiaire de ce site et les codes ne fonctionnent pas.
Et bien évidemment, le service client semble répond pas.

Scam! Doesn't work. Very bad support. After asking the support about why it doesn't work on my Mac, they answered just in one line: "It's only for Windows. We don't have Mac right now." But the description says it's for Windows and Mac. After asking them to refund me then, because they described it as it is for Mac, they ghosted me a while. Then I reported it to the Groupon support and I'm waiting for the escalated ticket to be done right now. The seller then - after the escalated ticket startet - told me, they would refund me, if I confirm that I won't use the license. I instantly confirmed it and since then the seller ghosts me for another three days. Don't buy here if you want a working license!

All went well. Very swift service and clear instructions. Works perfectly!
