4th time customer.
We rented a car for the 4th time. This time a 2023 VW Golf 8 e-tsi automatic. It was a fantastic car. Unfortunately, when picking it up, we didn't have a physical credit card, but a digital one. While we could pay for things with it before without any problems, they strictly adhered to the rules only physical credit cards are allowed. So we were not able to take the car and received no help furthermore with solving the problem. Regarding the rules, I had expected some flexibility. Thanks god there was someone who could come to rescue us with a credit card. A learning experience for both of us. When returning the car, we were kindly and helpfully assisted by Maria and even received a mini Toprentacar toy. A small gesture that puts a smile on our faces. All in all, apart from some struggles at the beginning, a nice company to rent from, with brand new clean cars.

Дългогодишни клиенти на компанията сме (бяхме) - не сме имали проблеми досега. На бензиностанцията, преди връщане на колата жулнахме леко таса на едната гума в бордюра, което се оказа проблем и ни коства 150 Евро( при сключена и платенаTop Protect застраховка)! Не е проблема в парите, а в отношението на служителя и начина по който се държа! На вниманието на бъдещите клиенти - да знаете: трябва да се обадите и уведомите Top Rent A Car, трябва да извикате КАТ, това е ПТП !!!!

Благодарим Ви, че отделихте време да споделите мнението си и че през годините сте били наш клиент.
Съжаляваме, че сте останали разочаровани от ситуацията при връщането на автомобила. Бихме искали обаче да внесем яснота относно условията на допълнителното покритие "Top Protection".
"Top Protection" значително намалява финансовата отговорност на клиента при настъпване на щети, но не представлява пълно освобождаване от отговорност за всички видове повреди. Съгласно условията на покритието, при щети по тасове клиентът носи ограничена отговорност в размер на 120 евро за самата щета, както и 30 евро административна такса, свързана с обработката на случая. Именно поради това е начислена сумата от 150 евро.
Относно уведомяването при инцидент, изискването за своевременна връзка с компанията и следване на предвидената процедура е описано в Общите условия на договора за наем. Тези правила са създадени, за да гарантират коректното документиране на събитията и еднаквото третиране на всички клиенти.
Съжаляваме, ако сте останали с негативно впечатление от комуникацията със служителя ни. За нас доброто обслужване е приоритет и ще разгледаме обратната Ви връзка, за да сме сигурни, че стандартите ни за професионално отношение се спазват във всички ситуации.

Slow...
The cars are fine, mainly new vehicles. Prices are good. The staff are nice. The down size is:
1) being picked up from the airport - 3 minibuses came and went before there was room for us (a couple, not a big group).
2) when we got to the office, they were queuing out the door. 50 minutes we stood waiting to be served.

The counter staff was incredibly…
The counter staff was incredibly efficient, and I was in my car within 10 minutes of arriving. The vehicle smelled fresh, and drove perfectly throughout my entire trip. Drop-off was equally fast and hassle-free. I will absolutely rent from this location again!
