Absolutely atrocious customer service, if the boots are going to take 9-10 weeks then do not specify 2-3 weeks when ordering. I do completely understand a family run business aspect of this but using an excuse of a broken hand when when it seems by reading other reviews that this has been the same for 6 months isn’t quite good enough. Never gets back to email unless you threaten to want a refund which the base of the email was ignore and a dispatch confirmation was sent instead isn’t really good enough either.
Right rant over, the boots are really well doneand over the moon with the product but the admin really does need to be sorted and won’t order from here again because of this factor.

Absolute jokers. DO NOT USE!!! Eleven weeks I have been waiting and still nothing. Communication is dreadful. After 9 weeks I asked for a refund and said I was going to open up a PayPal dispute. Then they booked the order in to be shipped. 2 weeks later the shipping company still haven't received! They are by far the worst company I have ever dealt with!

Wouldn't recommend still waiting for boots to arrive been a couple of months now, very slow at coming back to you with updates I really regret using the company

DO not use this company , ordered customised boots in November, got them in Feb , they had not been customised so contacted seller for return details as no address or phone number on website, after numerous unanswered email finally got back to me, I returned the boots on 5th March and emailed him everyday for a month for a refund without one single response, finally got my refund today from PayPal not the seller ! Scam of a company !!!!

Black out product didn't work. After 6-8weeks of playing. Black starting to come off

Lack of communication, Royal mail tracking information stated expecting item from sender but this didn't change for weeks. Constant emails messages sent with no response, then one saying that they had a hand injury. I like to support small businesses and even understand that you may have to wait, but this was so disappointing. Social media from them shows professional footballers with their boots so maybe they are more focused on them rather than the general public.
Would not use again if I am being honest.

By Far the WORST Service & Communication from any company I’ve EVER dealt with.
Sent my sons Adidas Predator Accelerator 998 Gold Zidane Boots for a Tongue strap over a Month ago.
Emails don’t get answered, There’s No Contact Number.
Had 3 Confirmations that Boots were on there way. My son is So upset that he won’t get to wear them tomorrow, When they said they would be here today 12th April. Didn’t Answer my Email today.

Still waiting after nearly 3 months of ordering

If I could rate zero stars I would.
Ordered on 6th of feb and received confirmation. Lead time was 3-5 weeks. Now 8th April and still no boots! Lack of communication is horrendous and when received it’s just excuses no dates given or how they will rectify. The excuse given was a broken hand however before I placed my order I already knew that this was an issue and read the website where it states in the description to go by the lead time in the live banner on the website which was 3-5 weeks. Had this have said 8 weeks, which I am currently at I would not have ordered, however magically when a PayPal dispute was raised the boots were (supposedly) dispatched a few days later (4th April). With a new order confirmation also confirming the 4th April. Now the 8th and Evri tracking details still say we are expecting your product. As a company toots boots are nothing short of a joke.

Rubbish service..ordered over 9 weeks ago still haven’t received my item.. they said 6 weeks maximum on all orders.

Absolutely horrendous company. Took a pair of my husband’s £500 Prada boots and cracked the soles. Zero communication and when we contacted him about the damage he blocked us. We have had no communication, no apology, no offer of compensation. AVOID AVOID AVOID

The one star reviews of this company are absolutely spot on. The service is dreadful, communication is flaky at best and I’m still no closer to receiving what I paid for over 7 weeks later. I would genuinely suggest placing an order elsewhere or not at all

A great product that looks fantastic. I thought the Adidas Copa Mundial boot could not look any better, until I purchased from Tootsboots. A full blackout version, with tongue elasticated straps and stud conversion kit have made my Copas 'all year' round perfect footwear. Probably the best grip I have experienced on soft ground ever. This is the fifth pair of boots I have purchased from Tootsboots, (2 x Soft Ground and 3 x Hard Ground) and I would not go anywhere else. Please note that they will take a longer to arrive due to the popularity of the company and the boots they sell, however you cannot rush perfection, as they are absolutely worth the wait and Tootsboots ensures that you are made aware of the shipping time prior to your purchase.

I placed an order on 02 February for some boots costing nearly £160. I heard nothing back from the company and chased them up numerous times. I finally got an email saying that he had hurt his hand but would send them soon enough. I have had a weird tracking number sent over a week ago that says the parcel is still not sent. I have emailed numerous times asking for a refund but had no responses. I think it is possible the company is a scam. I would advise against anyone using their services. It’s a shame as I like supporting small businesses but this is clearly either completely incompetent or a rip off! Avoid at all costs.

Company does not reply to correspondence. Company doesn’t like criticism on social media. Very poor customer service ….in fact non existent customer service.

Although the quality of the boots was a good standard, the communication of the company was very poor.
Emails and messages on social media ignored.
Clearly stated on the website 3-5 weeks turn around, my product took over 9 weeks to arrive.
After 7 weeks of waiting i asked for a cancellation and refund, again message was ignored.
Not brilliant.

Placed order on 14th January & still waiting on purchase which has been paid in full £154.99 & pp, no response to email, have requested a full refund still no response, will never order from this company again

They took my money and never provided me with my football boots as promised!

There is no contact number for the business to chase up your order, I sent them 6 emails after 6 weeks of still not getting my order and no one came back to me with an update or to keep me in the loop! They ignored all my emails! Absolutely ridiculous! Customer service does not exist!

Boots modified exactly as requested. Only slight quibble was the turnaround time, but in fairness this was in line with the 5-6 week timescale advised on the website.
